There was one time that i was 9 stone. This year i am the heaviest i have ever been.

Every week for that last year i have been thinking that i must lose weight, and i have been trying every diet , and thinking about food all the time.

I was so stressed from it all that i decided to give myself and not think about dieting for one month.

I was just thinking this month, I quite emjoy being fat. Im not morbidly obese, i am fat.

I feel nice and warm and cozy

When i was thin, i rememember feeling cold and having low energy a lot.

Has anyone else felt the same?

If you’re feeling happy, no one else needs to validate your feelings ❤️.
my personal opinion is that if your mobility and health are not being affected in a negative way then well if you’re happy with the way you are then so be it.

Being thin doesn't necessarily mean you're healthy. Make being healthy (mentally and physically) your goal, and that all starts with having good self-esteem, so I'd say you're definitely on your way to good health!

When you say 'fat' - what is your BMI?

It's bloody uncomfortable being genuinely fat. In summer you're too hot and have to contend with thigh chafing. In winter you're still too hot because everyone else has the heating up.

You are enjoying being fat? In this heat?

I used to eat really healthily when i was thin

I just remember being really cold when I was thin, and i tired more easily.

Obiously it is nice to be thin and congrats to anyone who is.

Im just enjoying being fat for a while too.

And carrying around lots of extra weight doesnt tire you out more? I've never been fat so I dont know what it feels like, I just assumed if you are carrying around a certain amount of extra weight it would make certain things harder?

If you felt tired when you were thin perhaps you werent eating properly, being thin doesn't mean a person feels tired anymore than a fat person

I am just fed up of the constant cycle of dieting and failing

I am going to be fat and happy for the rest of the summer.

Then maybe i will try again in september.
