That Prince William should just bite the bullet and get that hair transplant

I get the feeling he’d love one. He looked so handy with hair. Being the future King probably precludes him from getting one as it’s seen as trivial etc but I reckon he secretly wants one.

Do they do royal tours of Turkey?

This is one of the oddest a threads I’ve read on MN.

Why on Earth would you assume he’d want a hair transplant?

Bald men can and do look very handsome. The Prince of Wales is very attractive with or without hair.

I agree Bald men can be attractive,im married to one
We will.have to agree to disagree that the Prince of Wales is attractive though 😂😂
Like most of the males in that family he was attractive for about five minutes when he was a young adult Imo, anyway.

PeapodMcgee · 13/07/2025 17:06

I doubt he wants or needs your pity.

Agree.
No-one should be judged on their looks because they don’t meet TikTok standards.

I also agree, although it's a rare change to see a man having his looks talked about rather than a womans.

I say this rarely, but he really suits a beard.

I'm with you, he very much does.

FancyBiscuitsLevel · 13/07/2025 17:01

Agreed, it’s too late for any discreet new hair. William would have to completely own it, put out a statement saying he’d had implants, then do a public engagement with new hair. not the other way round.

Of course the most fun thing would be for him to get a wig/toupee, rock up post summer at some event or other with a full hair of hair and pretend like it’s normal. The papers would be giddy with glee. His wife gets to have had hair extensions to thicken out her hair for years, he should get to have fake hair too.

he could normalise the wigs for men. it would be fabulous and fun. Also he has the bone structure to carry it off.

Ridiculed for ageing?

The issue is that we have arseholes who would do that, not his hair or lack thereof.

The way to prevent ridicule is to address arseholery when we come across it. Not by telling people they "should" change themselves - because an arsehole would just find something else to ridicule.

Oh no, my comment reads wrong, I meant he would be ridiculed for getting a hair transplant

But tbh, sometimes a little nip tuck isnt a bad thing 🤷‍♀️

He should've done it before but now he will be ridiculed 😭

I should caveat that I look like a Rottweiler that’s had a hard paper round. But must be tough when your job/title stops even the thought of choice.

Agree shaving would be better.

Maybe someone could castrate Andrew whist they’re about it.

I’ve gone through many health challenges but I still think about a facelift.

You can still indulge frivolous things alongside serious stuff.

Maybe some people don’t want to and are happy as they are

HostaCentral · 13/07/2025 16:46

I prefer bald men!

FionnulaTheCooler · 13/07/2025 16:38

Maybe he's OK with his body the way it is and it's not for anyone else to say he should be getting cosmetic procedures, especially given he's recently supported his wife through cancer treatment and probably has more important things on his mind.

Agree.

ZenNudist · 13/07/2025 16:46

No. Its normal male pattern baldness and he's probably confident enough in his looks to carry off baldness

EasyTouch · 13/07/2025 16:45

Hair plugs, fillers and Botox have got David Beckham out here looking like a melted candle that met a bale of hay.
Be careful what you wish for others.....

Just what I was going to say ! I think he looks really handsome

Rummageabout · 13/07/2025 16:44

As mentioned a couple of times, he should just shave it very close at the sides and completely get rid of the ridiculous fuzz and fluff on the top of his head.

NeverDropYourMooncup · 13/07/2025 16:44

It's absolutely normal and natural for men to go bald. It's up to them (or at least should be) if they choose to shave all of the remaining hair off or decide they prefer it to grow.

Why should having unnecessary procedures be expected of him for something that is completely normal for men?

Why stop there?

Maybe Kate should have a boob job or maybe a bum lift?

What should Charles and Camilla get done?

Charles could’ve had the ears pinned back

Camilla seems fine. She’s fabulous hair

Shave it all off would be better.

Kaftanesque · 13/07/2025 16:42

I think it's his business alone and he looks just fine as he is.The beard suits him.

upandleftthenright · 13/07/2025 16:42

NoraLuka · 13/07/2025 16:41

Mohamed Salah had one and wasn’t ridiculed, if it was done well (and I’m sure Prince William could afford the best!) he’d probably be ok.

Then again by staying as he is he’s saying it’s fine to be bald which is a good thing for all the other bald guys out there.

Oh did he? Did not know that.

Borg is looking good.
