To avoid Muslim friend

I can't stand listenting to it any more.Tatbir, Gaza and so on. Unrelenting pain.
In addition.....
Where do I go when I die ( as a non believer?)
Where will my gay son go?

I say this as somebody who has worked in community projects and is passionately against racism.

My son is Gay, and if ANYONE spoke negatively about him regarding his sexuality, I’m afraid they wouldn’t be part of my life in any way again.

religion has absolutely nothing to do with it…. Their attitude towards him does, as we all have personal responsibility to keep our traps shut if you think it might offend someone, especially a so called friends DS.

Agree with other pp’s. You can avoid anyone you want. I’m not sure what them being Muslim has to do with it. I’m in NI. Plenty of people here banging on about religion etc. I avoid them all!

I think I'd be stepping back completely from a friendship with someone of ANY religion if they were banging on about where myself and my gay son would go when we die.

You didn't need to mention being against racism. Of course any reasonable person is. You're not being racist.
