I like the bookstore book nook too. Wallace and Gromit next for me I think.
I did read that the modular is 3 separate buildings set on a corner with a clocktower as the central feature.
I've also seen one which is a double width which has a hardware store, then the clocktower, then a deli.
But last year, I read it was going to be a record store - and it wasn't. 🤷🏻♀️
