The Italian riviera set has been changed a lot, it doesn’t look anywhere near as good as it originally did but I guess they had to do that or it would have been even more expensive.

The one with the yellow boat propped up is the original.

The alpine lodge is great with the other Christmas sets I have so I can recommend it.

Alpine Lodge is on mine as I think it'll go well with the Christmas sets, maybe I'll have to treat myself to it as this year's Christmas decoration.

I also want the Diagon Alley set, I don't have space for it which is why I've not yet bought it, but if I don't get it will I regret it.

@Troubledwordsthe Orient Express is on my wish list. There’s a lot of sets said to be returning yet when I looked on the Lego website yesterday there was nothing listed. Some sets are in the sale but not many.
Im looking forward to the Halloween Wreath and seeing what Christmas sets come out in September. I’m surprised there haven’t been any leaks yet on Jay’s brick blog about Christmas sets. Halloween and Christmas sets are my favourites.

I'm looking at the retiring by the end of the year lists, and wanting so many sets.

I think over the next few months I'll concentrate on just getting the ones that are retiring.

I’m hoping to get started on the Starry Night this week now that it’s the holidays. I’m trying to get the house sorted and really need some new shelves for all this Lego. Can anyone recommend any please?

Billy bookcases if possible lol! We got the slim one with the glass door in the hope to reduce dusting haha

watching Stranger Things with DD but I’m not loving it. I do like Hop and Dustin though. Dustin makes me laugh and I like Hop’s no nonsense manner. Joyce just sets me on edge though and I don’t think WR has aged much at all. Those cheekbones are amazing.
I really like the Batman asylum combo out in September. I’m not a Batman fan but I like the set. Looks lots of fun. I’m not a superhero kind of person. Passed me by completely. I did like Bananaman and Superted as a child though 🤣

i have a lot, but will have to share when i manage to get photos taken. I have glass cabinets and when they're too full.. i buy a new one. Luckily i have a lot of room.

But. Does anyone know when the next minifig series is coming out? Oh and, i have been looking for the Beastmaster (with wolf) from the last lot, but people buy them up. And then yesterday in an out of the way local tiny supermarket they had a few boxes of the last set, and the first one i scanned was that one. So happy.

It's done. I really enjoyed it apart from dropping a couple of pieces inside,that was challenge to get them out. My camera is a bit rubbish but it does look good.

Your Home Alone houses are brilliant. I had no idea that it opened up!

I built my football team’s stadium after being bought it for Christmas. It is’nt LEGO, in fact the pieces are much, much smaller. Some were so small I struggled to pick them up. 1,300 pieces, took around forty hours. I think the fun is in building it. It’s now in a cupboard as I don’t have anywhere safe to display it!

I’d quite like to buy the Lego Jaws as it’s one of my favourite films

Was it Anfield by any chance? I built it for my friend's son because they were really struggling with it. It was so hard!
