I know! I ordered it at 5 mins past midnight and got an email to say it’s on back order!

I built the Christmas gazebo bandstand GWP tonight and it was such a nice build. No technic pieces! Well, possibly four little connectors but I’m not counting those. The Family Christmas Tree has a lot of technic pieces and I don’t care for it at all. Some builds are very clever with technic but I don’t enjoy it. I prefer a more traditional build and this set really hit the spot.

The daisies are cute. I fancy the Japanese Cherry Blossom picture as well, along with Paris. I must do Van Gogh's Sunflowers, the giant Santa Minifigure & the Red Phone Box first though.

@LegoTherapy it might arrive more quickly. DH had a similar issue with his Landrover Defender on the first full day of our holiday last month. It was with us within a week. Is it visible or a special bit in case anyone can help?

I've just had a look at the new sets and think I will be ordering the cactus and daises next week!

I’ve been considering getting the daisies. I would have got the new cactus set too, but I’ve already got the mini plants set, which includes a cactus.

We got to bag 22 of the new Christmas tree and an integral piece is missing. I’ve ordered it but it won’t be here for about 2 weeks. Annoying to say the least.

You have reminded me that I haven't built my Lego Christmas tree yet this year (not the 2025 version). Mine has the odd blue brick adding to the glory!

We have been rather slack on getting the Lego built. Five bags still to build on the Christmas tree! I still need to motorise the train and there’s an ice rink, hot chocolate stand and a market stall to build yet!

No room to put any of my Christmas lego in the car, but I'll have giant Santa and the red phone box waiting for me at the weekend when we're back at home.

Not quite the same thing but I run a food bank for a living and lots of “our” kids will be getting little Lego sets (mainly retired polybags that Lego donated to us to hand on). It’s one of my favourite things.

I’m hoping for some Lego but have bought lots for others
DP is getting the insect set, dragon, and 2 postcards
DS is getting the macaw wall art, a long retired employee gift set of 6 animals
DD is getting one of the botanicals (not saying which one as she is on here!)
Everyone is getting a small Xmas Lego set too

I was lucky enough to get the gazebo and gingerbread train today. It’s double insiders points at the moment too. Ds has mentioned so many Lego sets that he’d like and there’s lots of really cool Ninjago ones out next month that he’d like too. He’s going to save up for those. The Old City looks amazing. I’m a big fan of the big city Ninjago sets. They can be fiddly in places with unusual building techniques but they have so much going on. It’s the 15 year anniversary of ninjago with new mini figures and whatnot.
Is anyone getting Lego for Christmas?

Someone online was saying it looks better in a terrace with the other modulars, so maybe Tudor Corner on one side and the Jazz club or whatever on the other. Will report back.

I never thought I'd be wishing for a post office or hospital!

I actually really like this year’s modular. I’m saving up for the Natural History Museum instead though, as that’s my most coveted set. 😊

I only have a few Modulars, and I don't really like this one.
Space is a premium, so I'll save it for something nicer.

People who collect the Modular’s will buy it so their collection is complete , I’m very underwhelmed by it and there are far nicer sets I’ll buy before this

Underwhelmed here too. There’s plenty of other sets I’d prefer. The tulips, Japanese scene, the daisies, the Ninjago podium set.
