To ask if you have moved miles away and did it work out?

I have a dream to move to the seaside. I'm in a financially stable position and while I by no means am comfortable, I can afford bills with extra for nice things.

I've been thinking more about this dream of mine, but I rent privately, I know the landlord well and I guess I'm just scared of making the move and potentially losing that security but that little voice won't shut up in my head. Saving a deposit to buy would take at least a few years, so I'll have to continue renting. As I rent direct with the landlord now, I also worry about how shit agencies can be.

The town I want to move to is 60 miles away and I'd be able to work remotely with maybe a day or so in the office per week, easily accessible by cheap public transport. I'm so scared to make that move though!

Yes, no regrets. Go for it!

Thank you! I'd leave myself a bit short in terms of a deposit if I went for the more expensive of the two properties, but it's so worth it. My mental wellbeing will improve so much living by the sea, I just know.
