It is crazy, since the war broke out in Ukraine, finding decent rental accommodation is rare as hens teeth.
A neighbouring house went up for rent last month, small terrace 3 bedroom, crap single glazed windows, €2800, the queues for viewing was down the street.
Easily 60 people.
Supply and demand sucks.

Where's the fridge door gone?! Think whoever wrote this must have been on crack at the time, it's filthy and disgusting. Who in their right mind would spend that much money on this dump!

They're having a laugh. Looks like there's water all over the floor in one pic. Although tbh these pics are also a great example of why it's better to show a property while it's still furnished.

LOL it's pretty minging isn't it? And £1800 a month too!!! Just coz it's in Edinburgh! 'All bills included' so that drops the 'rent' a bit, maybe by £400? But still a lot. It looks like a mucky East end brothel with that grimy large living area and all the couches, or a student let! 😆

I’m actually really shocked. I pay £2k a month for a four bed house with separate dining room, lounge, kitchen and play room with huge garden.. right next to the train station in central Winchester.
That listing is disgusting
