Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - you have blood on your hands

Am I being unreasonable to say that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - the Duke of York and member of the Royal Family has blood on his hands following the tragic suicide of Virginia Giuffre?

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has faced zero consequences for his role in Virginia Giuffre‘s sexual abuse and trafficking because he’s rich and his powerful mummy paid off the victim and the British police failed to pursue charges against him. To be clear, while the age of consent in the UK is 17 years old this does not apply to trafficking victims and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has never faced criminal charges.

He probably thinks he’s got away with it now she’s gone.

DH thinks it could be dodgy, in the way Epstein’s “suicide” was dodgy.

Arraminta · 26/04/2025 17:06

I cannot bear the odious moron, but he wasn't a paedophile. VG was over the age of consent and was a fully developed woman (physically at least).

Sadly, very sadly, I think PA genuinely can't remember having sex with her because she would have just been one of many pretty, but anonymous young women provided for his amusement.

Knowing what a hugely conceited oaf that he is, he probably genuinely believed these young women were thrilled to have sex with a real, actual prince of the realm.

I think PA was completely speaking the truth when he admitted that he 'just didn't notice people like that' i.e. VG. He'd spent his life being serviced and pandered to buy an endless stream of faceless enablers. She was just one among hundreds.

It's the casual callousness that is heartbreaking.

The BBC have reported that she was sexually abused at the age of 7. Even if Andrew did what she accused him of she had clearly already been set on a tragic course, so I'm not sure why you're homing in on him. Unless you've got an unhealthy Prince Andrew fixation.

That's simply not the case.

Reaching a legal settlement is not an admission of guilt, and they are very common, including employment law cases which are regularly settled with no liability accepted.

But this isn’t employment law, it’s a v rich member of the RF vs the woman he so obviously raped. He likely settled because he was guilty and made a huge fuck up of coming across as the world’s biggest liar on TV when asked about it

Don't be so bloody dramatic!

You don't know what he did. You know what you want him to have done and that is very different!

Why did she only go after Andrew? Apart from Dershowitz and she had to admit in the end she was wrong about him. Kind of shoots the credibility down doesn't it?

Dramatic to want a sex offender to be accountable for his actions? Ok.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to “go after” people who’ve raped you without proof? Men are denying they never even knew Epstein. Virginia had a photograph however which made things much easier

PiggyPigalle · 26/04/2025 17:02

Doubtmyselff · 26/04/2025 13:54

Andrew was likely offered sex while there so could hardly offend his benefactor by refusing.

Is that you Sarah?

It's a bit like offering drugs before the envelope is passed over. "If I refuse will I still get the dosh"
Can't you just hear that slimy pair saying "We have someone here Andrew, she's been longing to meet you." Click, click goes the camera ensuring future security against the cash.
I despise people like Andrew and his wife, always hustling for money. It's grubby.

CallMeDaphne · 26/04/2025 16:59

🎶Oh the Grand Old Duke of York,
He had 12 million quid,
He gave it to someone he never met,
For something he never did.🎶

Check out what a "paedophile" is for future reference.

How do you know "she would never have done it"? Clearly her personal life has been troubled in recent times. You have no idea what was going through her mind!

People don´t just take their life because their life suddenly got hard. Taking your own life is a last resort. You would only do it because you gave up hope.

Can I be a 100% certain that only reason she felt like she couldn't living? No, there might have been contributing factors, but I am 99% certain that without this trauma, other problems would be a lot easier to handle.

queenofthesuburbs · 26/04/2025 16:56

Also at the time Andrew had so much choice in terms of women eager to sleep with him. He wasn't that desperate that the only available option was someone who was trafficked; in fact I think that would have hurt his ego.

I think he was so completely self absorbed that he didn't actually give it a moment's thought

MagdaLenor · 26/04/2025 16:54

Yes, I think VG was brought in by Ghislaine Maxwell and taught to massage.
At the time I think VG's father worked at Mar A Largo.

I always wondered where the parents were in this.
Teen daughter being flown around the world in private jets etc is not normal in the slightest.

Not all parents are responsible. Some would have just wanted the money. I think we need to remember, there are some shit awful parents out there

Extiainoiapeial · 26/04/2025 16:52

Tomatotater · 26/04/2025 16:43

Yes I think her father drove her there and dropped her off. They clearly couldn't give a damn about anything except the money she was being given. They got a massive payout too apparently.

I think we have to remember that these young girls that were procured by Maxwell were very vulnerable. They were living on trailer parks, they had parents who were drug addicts, a couple of them had been homeless apparently. They were picked up and groomed in Malls, outside schools, as long as they looked young enough they were fine for Epstein. They were promised training as masseuses, modelling contracts, anything to get them onside and malleable

And carrying on their fathers work of attending events in the Middle East as 'envoys' for something or other, despite having no qualifications or experience.

Yes, they are being labeed as Middle Eastern unofficial diplomats or some such other crap. Funny isn't it that he just managed to convince the Royal officials that he could maintain his sprawling Royal estate because he had the money, after their forays over there

She was recently involved in a traffic accident where she claimed a bus hit her at high speed causing major life threatening injuries. Apparently it was a minor accident with no recorded injuries. One report I read suggested she wasn't actually in the car.

So the pictures in the paper with a closed eye cuts and bruises all over her face was just make up was it?
I find it very distasteful but you are talking like this about someone who has literally just committed suicide

queenofthesuburbs · 26/04/2025 16:45

At that time Andrew was (believe it or not) a heartthrob and a player. Lots of girls would have slept with him; he was used to all this adulation so probably didn't think anything of it.
I also think he's sleazy BUT that doesn't make him a paedophile. I honestly don't think he's interested then or now in little kids. She was 17, at the lower end, but still within the "groupie" age which was probably under 25. She was a woman, not a little girl.
I also honestly don't think his own daughters would support him if they for one moment thought he was interested in children.

I read somewhere that her parents allowed her to go and live with Epstein's at age 14.
I've always thought they were responsible for what happened to their child.
It's all very sleazy. I hope she RIP now.

I agree with you absolutely. However, not the last sentence. The only people who seem to be embracing Andrew are his (ex) wife and daughters. Going to the same church for the Easter Sunday service doesn't really mean much..

Yeah and most ordinary families have that one relative who makes your heart sink when you know your going to have to attend the same function as them and inspires a mutter of "oh no, X isn't coming are they? They're a right knobber". The royals are no different.

They have also fluttered their eyelids innocently when milllions of £££ turned up in their bank accounts, and accepted all manner of gifts from all sorts of shady people associated with their parents. They couldn't care less. Neither do the rest of the Royals

He's a pig of a man and will rot in hell alongside Epstein. That poor woman had her life destroyed.

Extiainoiapeial · 26/04/2025 16:30

Maybe we could just think about the victim here, Virginia Guiffre.

She had a difficult early life, she was promised all sorts by a woman who is serving 20 years in jail for procuring young girls for Epstein
Of course she would be wowed by Andrew being Royalty, and anyone who thinks he didn't even meet her, needs to have a head wobble. He blatantly lied in his car crash interview about when he cut contact with Epstein (court papers show this) and whilst I don't hold him responsible for what has happened to Virginia, he was part of the problem, rich influential white men taking advantage of young girls. we have to remember that she fought for trafficked victims tirelessly. And it is a tragedy that her life had to end like this

I never want to see Andrew:s stupid face ever again. Unfortunately his family still embrace him, I imagine they think he hasn't done much wrong.
