Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - you have blood on your hands

Am I being unreasonable to say that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - the Duke of York and member of the Royal Family has blood on his hands following the tragic suicide of Virginia Giuffre?

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has faced zero consequences for his role in Virginia Giuffre‘s sexual abuse and trafficking because he’s rich and his powerful mummy paid off the victim and the British police failed to pursue charges against him. To be clear, while the age of consent in the UK is 17 years old this does not apply to trafficking victims and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has never faced criminal charges.

He probably thinks he’s got away with it now she’s gone.

Personally I think loyalty is an admirable quality in a person, and presumably they believe that he is innocent of the accusation. Maybe he is? Think about that for just a second in the midst of all the hysterical derision?

I am sure Andrew is very grateful for you sticking up for him. You OBVIOUSLY don't believe he slept with Virginia because you have said this sort of thing many times on this forum

So, Andrew wasn't even at Epstein's mansion or island? Despite the fact it is proven he was there and there is footage of him. And flight logs of him on the Lolita Express.

Call it hysterical if you like. My thoughts are with Virginia Guiffrie's family and all the survivors of what Epstein and Maxwell put those girls through. There are many accounts out there. You ought to read them. They are heartbreaking.

I think it's the David Icke conspiracy theory, isn't it. Some people believe it 🙄

They're about as rational as he is then!

This thread is a cesspit.

She was sexually trafficked at 17 years old. A child in the eyes of the law.

Gods, so many apologists.

This thread is a cesspit with people hysterically making shit up that they don't know anything about!!

Could people maybe work with facts instead of making accusations they have no foundation for?

There are NO apologists here - just some of us have more regard for truth and facts than others. There are some disgraceful posts on this thread!

Andrew is universally condemned and for good reason but we will probably never know whether he slept with VG nor whether (if he did) he knew she was trafficked. All the accusations in the world will not change that!!

I wonder if her death will lead to any information emerging?

Extiainoiapeial · 26/04/2025 16:45

So the pictures in the paper with a closed eye cuts and bruises all over her face was just make up was it?
I find it very distasteful but you are talking like this about someone who has literally just committed suicide

Well they were not caused by a car accident.

JustSawJohnny · 26/04/2025 14:06

He's a piece of shit.

I really feel for her kids and family. They've watched her go through decades of pain all for it to end so awfully.

Christ, I hate him. That he has the brass neck to roll his useless ass out for state events is an embarrassment to us all.

Karma needs to do better at coming for rich, white men.

Fuck him and all of the toady royalists who excuse his behaviour.

Church on Easter Sunday was not a "state event".

Zonder · 26/04/2025 13:05

I understand that view. But I would say it's immoral. Were the jubilee celebrations more important than justice and the life of any victims?

The Jubilee celebrations would only have been part of the decision.

A settlement is not "immoral". They are common in law!!

What a horrible post! Whatever he has or hasn't done, his ex-wife and daughters supporting him does not make them "arseholes"!!!!

Personally I think loyalty is an admirable quality in a person, and presumably they believe that he is innocent of the accusation. Maybe he is? Think about that for just a second in the midst of all the hysterical derision?

I wonder what reading all of the hate towards him does to his mental health?

Well I stand by what I think about him. And that his wife is an arsehole.

BobbyBiscuits · 26/04/2025 12:39

Andrew is scum and should be barred from the RF. And just exiled to live in a bedsit in somewhere remote and cold. He can only claim basic benefits of about £70 a week. Or he has to work in a hard labour camp.

I don't understand why they still allow him to events etc. his wife and kids are arseholes for protecting him as well.

What a horrible post! Whatever he has or hasn't done, his ex-wife and daughters supporting him does not make them "arseholes"!!!!

LBFseBrom · 26/04/2025 18:38

I would not trust anything from the Daily Mail. They are now having a field day, by way of a change. I am going to wait and see what comes out now, especially if her husband has anything to say.

I don't seem to be able to get 'Surviving Jeffrey Epstein' here in the UK.

2dogsandabudgie · 26/04/2025 18:38

JandamiHash · 26/04/2025 17:07

DH thinks it could be dodgy, in the way Epstein’s “suicide” was dodgy.

Her family have made a statement saying it was suicide.

mainecooncatonahottinroof · 26/04/2025 18:33

Zonder · 26/04/2025 12:23

That doesn't really make sense to me. If they were all convinced of his innocence it would have made more sense to let it go to court rather than pay millions. That's how our justice system works unless you have a very rich mum clearly

That's absolute crap. Settlements of this type are common!

It would probably have cost more to fight than to run it, plus God only knows who else he would have had to implicate, plus the Queen was ill and frail and it was her Platinum Jubilee so they didn't want a court case distracting from that. It was the eminently sensible thing to do. He couldn't prove he didn't do it and she couldn't prove that he did!

LemonFinger · 26/04/2025 18:30

Yes. I'm reminded of how the parents of Michael Jackson's alleged victims let them sleep over at his house.

StuckUpPrincess · 26/04/2025 18:27

The documentary series Surviving Jeffrey Epstein demonstrates very well how and why the victims were sucked in to Epstein and Maxwell's world and why they felt powerless to leave, even if they weren't actually locked up. Many of the girls and young women had mothers who were in prison or on drugs and absent fathers. Another similarity was that many of them had already been abused as younger children, as Virginia was. There was no adult to stand up for them, and the two abusers were as rich and powerful as it's possible to be. They threatened Virginia with harming her little brother and they said they basically owned the Palm Beach police. As some lawyers in the documentary series said, these were people you didn't want to cross. For young, alone, disadvantaged girls in their teens, Epstein and Maxwell would have been impossible to stand up to, especially after all the grooming.

I am so, so sorry for Virginia, that after all her fighting, her life has ended this way.

I believe her about Prince Andrew, too. The Mail on Sunday ran an article with a photographer who had met with Virginia in 2011. He had seen and photographed the original of that snap of PA and Virginia together, and photographed the back of it. It had a time/date/location stamp fitting her US-UK movements.

So yes, I believe her, and I think Prince Andrew bears some of the blame for being one of the many abusers that Virginia suffered in her life.

When I found out more about her life story and that of other victims via the documentary, I thanked God for my parents and the life I had. Some young people have no one who cares about them.

twilightermummy · 26/04/2025 11:05

This is the first I've heard about her suicide. I think I was only reading the other week that she thought she was going to die from a car accident.
That family have a lot of blood on their hands.

Bullshit.

mainecooncatonahottinroof · 26/04/2025 18:26

LakieLady · 26/04/2025 11:04

Perhaps not, but when he was accused of sex abuse by having sex with a woman who'd been trafficked, he* preferred to pay her off to make the allegations go away.

*and he had to do it with his mummy's money, as he's never managed to earn his own living since he stopped flying helicopters

He was a working royal (and I don't know why I can't get rid of the underline!

AnAlpacaForChristmasPleaseSanta · 26/04/2025 16:43

Yeah and most ordinary families have that one relative who makes your heart sink when you know your going to have to attend the same function as them and inspires a mutter of "oh no, X isn't coming are they? They're a right knobber". The royals are no different.

Most 'ordinary' families don't claim to represent their country, and these are public events that Andrew is attending; so it is very very different. It is not as though the RF don't have form for ruthlessly distancing family members when they want to.

Me too. Petty name calling, her name is Sarah Ferguson.

Well it is his name.

And the reason those cases have been brought to our attention is why?

Because they usually face the consequences of their actions.

If Trump was a black man he would be in jail now. He certainly wouldn't be President.

Being a racist, rapist, wife beater, thief, even murderer is something that can be paid away if you're a rich white man.

You're joking.

On a thread that is linked to Jeffrey Epstien, you claim "Being a racist, rapist, wife beater, thief, even murderer is something that can be paid away if you're a rich white man."

Remind me, what happened to Jeffery?

If I didn't have a dog to walk, I'd write you a long list of rich, white famous men who've been convicted of crimes in the UK.
As for "facing the consequences of their actions", it's difficult not to when there's video evidence of the crime.

Extiainoiapeial · 26/04/2025 16:54

Not all parents are responsible. Some would have just wanted the money. I think we need to remember, there are some shit awful parents out there

The documentary seemed to suggest that parents were groomed to a degree, also. Lots of lies and manipulation and parents being blinded by the wealth and status of Epstein and Maxwell. No different to the parents who allowed their kids to sleep in the bedroom of Michael Jackson etc.

People who make excuses for this kind of coercive behaviour really are the lowest of the low.

PiggyPigalle · 26/04/2025 17:29

Something I did think at the time, was that Andrew was badly advised.
How many men ask proof of a woman's age, her CV and life story before sleeping with her?
He also may have known what the horrible twosome were up to of course.

JustSawJohnny · 26/04/2025 17:27

Leafy74 · 26/04/2025 15:49

Why being colour into this?
There have been some awful case of rich black music stars being abusive.
I think your very real prejudices are coming through there.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 26/04/2025 14:40

I would expect that the 12 million or so pay off would be conditioned by a non disclosure order, most likely a lifetime one

Well the trade envoy details have been sealed for Andrew's lifetime, so why not?

Typical RF ... deflect, spin, lie, and if that's not enough cover the whole thing up

It was reported at the time that there wasn't an NDA attached to the settlement between both parties.

LipglossAlly · 26/04/2025 17:20

Another dodgy "suicide". Another very "convenient" death.
Poor woman, trafficked whilst under age to men old enough to be her father.

This is all very dodgy and sad. Yes, the traumatic experience of her being trafficked to these disgusting pigs who have not really faced consequences was probably a contributing factor to her pain and ultimately her suicide.

No PA will not be held accountable( His security is being paid for by Charles and still lives in a Royal residence. Not being able to do "royal duties"/ photo ops does not equal being seriously held accountable, especially when it comes to sleeping with a trafficked minor).
