Sexy female chefs - she's not strictly a chef - but Nisha Katona is the kind of woman you wish you could be. Confident, big laugh and seemingly lovely.

I love Nisha Katona and met her a few weeks ago at Mowgli in Bold Street, Liverpool when she popped in whilst me and my friend were eating there. If you want to know who she is look on ITVX for Nitash Katonas Home Kitchen.
OK not a trained chef but knows loads about food via family upbrining, was a Barrister but went to her first love which is food and now has about 20 restaurants.

He actually uses a lot of that loose extra skin as crackling at The Hand and Flowers. Scores it up and it fluffs up beautifully with boiling oil. Real snap to it. He's only got a year or so of portions left now though.

Mind you, I’m struggling to think of a TV chef I find in any way attractive. Not Jamie ‘Bish Bash Bosh’ Oliver, not Gordon ‘Angry Potato Face’ Ramsay, not Nigel ‘Feathery Stroky’ Slater, not Michel ‘Ooh la la’ Roux, whose Frenchness-performed-for-UK-viewers is a bit unconvincing, not Rick ‘Cornwall is mine’ Stein.

Nigel Slater is even more smug than Tom. He's smugger than a smug fox what used to be Professor of Smug at Oxford University but has moved on and is now working for the U.N. at the High Commission of International Smug Planning.

This advert made me want to scoop up my eyeballs and serve them on a bed of home grown truffle covered smug.
