Was my new boyfriend disrespectful or misplaced humour - incident during sex

A bit grossed out by something my BF of about 4 months did last night. We have a really jokey relationship but I think he crossed the line.

We were being intimate and he let out a really exaggerated fart then burst out laughing. He obviously meant to do it and thought I’d find it funny. I stopped what we were doing as the mood was gone and it stunk. He said sorry after but I feel like even with a jokey relationship, that’s going too far?

Nope, that’s absolutely vile. I wouldn’t put up with someone farting in my presence (take yourself to the bathroom ffs) and I certainly would never again slew with someone who farted purposefully in my face. He’s an absolute pig.

id be really grossed out by that. Im practical about farting, in that i understand everyone does it, and I dont care if dh farts in front of me by accident, but I dont find it funny either.
I would find it extremely disrespectful to do what he did during sex

When I first met now dh I had text I was off for a bath.. He asked for pics. I sent one of the taps. He never asked again.. Have never ever sent an explicit pic.... And have never knowingly farted in 13 years in his company..
