I've got pcos and endometriosis and have been ill since weekend. I had a heavy bleed and had a bath about 40 minutes ago and pain after I used the toilet.

I've just dosed up on ibuprofen. Looks like another day of rest and visits to the toilet and bath.

Why are you awake?

I’m perimenopausal and don’t sleep well. Currently wake up at 4-20 each night, FFS.

I was having a lovely sleep until 4am when my door opened and a miserable six year old came in sobbing that she had had 'a terrible dream'. She went back to sleep quickly but I have just given up and turned to reading mumsnet under the covers!

Insomnia. I’m so knackered. It’s been weeks of not sleeping. It doesn’t help that partner and daughter have both had nightmares tonight and he’s now snoring like a bear. Work will be fun tomorrow

I'm in a different time zone. Hope everyone's feeling better soon.

I’m temporarily living overseas and the homesickness can’t pull me away from my UK media even though most people are asleep 😭

I’ve got what feels like the worst period pain I’ve ever had. But I am 51 and in perimenopause and I am not bleeding at the moment.
So sorry you are in pain too

Hope you feel better soon OP. Here it's a sickness bug. Both myself and teenage daughter. Bleurgh. Either I'm awake or she is.
