Is it something I said

Hi, I have been casually dating a guy, have been due to see him tonight but I've not heard from him from since Wednesday evening. Our last exchange was: him...'we might have to take the wine to bed and work through those condoms'
Me: 'sounds like good plan, although you might have to periodically check the condom is still on this time 🤣' (it fell off inside me last time, which I told him about). I have heard nothing since then, despite him being keen before. Have I said something to offend him? I've asked him today if he's still up for tonight but have heard nothing....🤷‍♀️

I've only been seeing him about once a month if that, for the last few months, but regularly texting

Ok maybe he has found someone else

Ew, why is he rationing the condoms?

Agree, that’s a daft thing to do really

That's definitely not what I was suggesting. And no he's not small. I think it's because he came a couple of times in the same condom

How long have you been seeing him? And was it regular meet ups or just here and there?

And why did you have to tell him the condom came off inside you 😆 surely he was aware there was no condom on his willy afterwards

FeministUnderTheCatriarchy · 15/03/2025 17:47

If he is that petty that he would be offended or put off by a very innocent comment, you are well rid.

I hate people who ghost, are inconsistent with communication or fade out. Just be straight up!

You have done nothing wrong, I really would ditch this one.

Diningtableornot · 15/03/2025 17:46

He's probably just changed his mind or got a better offer. He wouldn't have brought up the subjects of condoms if he was embarrassed about the falling off incident.

Why is that a thing change it ffs

Crazycatlady79 · 15/03/2025 17:46

He might have been deterred by your buzz-kill reaponse, as it's only a casual thing?

Stripytablecloth · 15/03/2025 17:45

Or maybe he’s just an arse if he’s ignoring you for that comment! It’s fair enough to not want a condom to come off! It’s him, not you

Chuchoter · 15/03/2025 17:45

It could have been misconstrued that you were saying his cock was too small for the condom?

Did h take it that you think he is small in that compartment?

ARainyNightInSoho · 15/03/2025 17:42

It is strange to assume you have ‘offended’ him. However, it does seem clear that he’s not interested any more.

biscuitsandbooks · 15/03/2025 17:42

Sounds a bit like you killed the mood and maybe made it a bit serious?

Stripytablecloth · 15/03/2025 17:41

Why are you assuming youve done something wrong?
