To not give her a lift?

My child does an activity, once a week, that's roughly a 30 minute drive from my house, so an hour long round trip.

However, one of the parents, who I have never spoken to, has asked other parents where I live, and on discovering that I drive past her house, has decided that I will be taking her child to and from the activity from now on. She has not asked me this! Last week she just left the child at the activity and told the child I would be giving them a ride home. I gave the child a ride home, but not willingly! This child shoved my child out of the way and demanded the front seat, then kicked the back of my seat the whole way home. My child has autism and really needs a quiet car on the way home to decompress, this was quite an ordeal for her.

I'm taking my daughter to her activity later and I'm having anxiety over it happening again. Am I being unreasonable for not wanting to give this child a ride home?!

To clarify - there is no OW! She just implied that I had part to play in her husband leaving.

She has also caused dramas in other peoples friendships and relationships. It seems she has form for this! There's at least one other dad who became very shifty about it all and now his wife is on the war path. I feel like I've opened a can of worms here!

I ended up ringing the leader to ask him out right if all this is true, he stammered and blustered alot, it was like trying to get an answer out of a politician. Then he hung up and has since removed me from the groups communications and blocked me!

Can we get a screenshot of some of the whatsapps? Remove names/numbers etc

If this group is part of a wider organization, you should report the leader for his behaviour. He absolutely failed in his duty of care for that child by throwing her at you (who had never met the mum) and forcing you to drop kid home knowing mum wasn’t going to be there.

How did you find out about the affair if the other mums didn’t know about it?

If the CF thought you were the "other woman", why did she want you to take charge of her daughter?

It all sounds very, very, very … unusual.

I don't think the CF thought that as she was the one having the affair but CF had made it seem like this to make others shame OP into helping. Which is still weird as you'd think they would also think why would you ask the other woman. It's all...odd.
