to cringe at this video my FIL posted?

I have come across this person's videos a few times and I think she deliberately creates controversial content to generate high engagement and views, but my FIL shares her views and fully agrees with her.
I know is entitled to heir opinion but AIBU to think WTF?

I prefer DH's approach in that we are a team with mutual obligations and responsibilities to each other and a bond of love and mutual respect. I'd argue that without respect there can be no love. Her approach puts the female partner in a place of contempt and exploitation or infantilises them.

It's a video of a woman saying that the reason why some women have had 1000 boyfriends but didn't get married, is because they don't know how respect their men and don't know what respect is. She says respect is obeying him, prioritising his needs, and thinking of him as your boss and your employee because at the end of the day, that's what your man is - you'd show the best of yourself to your boss, you'd figure out a problem before dropping it on your boss, you wouldn't show your boss an ugly face and would always look clean and presentable, and if your boss demanded a report to be finished by the end of the week, you'd drop off everything and work on it day and night. she says it's the exact same relationship
