Is this GDPR breach

A complaint has been lodged with my employer about a comment I made on social media (not upheld!). This complaint has come from the head teacher at my son's school and he has identified himself as such (fine) but then goes on to identify me as a parent (which has no relevance to his complaint) am I right in thinking this is a breach of GDPR? It is no business of my employers where my son goes to school.

Why does the headteacher know what you're posting on social media? Whys it his business to contact your employer?

What was the complaint? What was the comment? (Or the gist) and why was the teacher upset? Was there anything to do.with your employer in the situation that could warrant involving your employer? How did the teacher know who your employer is? (For example if they have used the school records for your dc and you to find your employer details make a vexatious complaint to the employer about something that did not even involve your employer then I think it would be)
