You could try my DH sworn method of the 'tactical chunder' but for me I would just go in a dark room, put on some good music (quietly) and sleep it off.

Its the morning you likely have to worry about, I will suggest Powerade for that phase.

Tbh, I think tomorrow you will be feeling half dead - it’s always the next day that you feel it (and sometimes for a few days)

No, don’t take paracetamol when drunk. Save that for the morning!

Do not combine paracetamol with alcohol at any point. It's processed through the liver. It can be seriously dangerous.

Ibuprofen is rougher on the stomach but generally safe with alcohol.

😂 Moon bags the best insult I've read someone be called on here. Just eat something carb heavy, drink fluids and get an early night and you will be fine tomorrow when you stopped so early. Hope the baby shower was fun.
