Fucking door knocking charity callers. Why is it allowed? It’s intrusive and I bloody hate it.

Pink deodorant - always cloying and horribly floral.

Having to refill rinse aid

I think the menopause is hitting hard today.

Vogue (married to Spencer) doing that washing pod commercial. (You were exposed after your tantrum on the airline)

BiggerBoat1 · 10/01/2025 19:27

People who say “for my sins”

Anyone who actually tells you how they are when you ask how they are.

Bloody pomegranate seeds.

Mercedes45 · 10/01/2025 19:27

Abbreviation of words.
A colleague at work said she "had a cuppa and a choccie bickie"
She's 43 years old ffs

tobee · 10/01/2025 19:27

Oh no! Are charity knockers still going door to door? I haven't had any in a while and thought they thought it wasn't worthwhile.

Who wants to sign up and give their bank account details to a stranger on the doorstep? Who has the funds for all of this?

Love it.

If this was me...

"She is working on three things right now, her irritable bowel, her shite attention span and the fear that her love life has been so non existent that her vagina may have atrophied permanently and irrevocably in her 30s.

She's definitely not actually me though. She's just a friend of mine. Who none of you have met yet."

Winter!

I agree on that one! And especially snow and ice.

takealettermsjones · 10/01/2025 19:25

People who talk at you at 300mph and when you mildly interject they say, "yeah," and then go right back to talking about themselves.

Celery

Could we please make an exception for my guinea pigs? They love the disgusting stuff, unfortunately.

LovelyDaaling · 10/01/2025 19:24

Stinking vape smoke

ToWhitToWhoo · 10/01/2025 19:24

Drivers and cyclists who don't stop at pedestrian crossings when the light turns green.

People who park bikes on the pavement in such a way that they take up most of the space

People who stand in groups on the pavement chatting and taking photos so no one can get past easily

Anyone who tries to remind me of my birthday. And ten times more for anyone who tries to remind me of a 'big' 'milestone' birthday.

Runners who don't look where they're going and risk knocking pedestrians over, as happened to a friend of mine.

Anti-vaxxers!

Couples who buy a house with parking for 2 cars and then move in with their 7 vehicles.

Moonshine5 · 10/01/2025 19:23

Putting water in soap dispensers so they last longer. Stop it.

TheTruthHurtsDontIt · 10/01/2025 19:14

People who stop in doorways to have a chat.

People who stop with their trolley/pram horizontally across a shopping aisle so you can't get by.

People who pull out in front of you making you slam the breaks on then proceed to drive at 17mph

Actually just people. People should be banned.

I could have written this post as I agree with every single point you made.

arcticpandas · 10/01/2025 19:22

Constipation. People who repeat their grievances over and over and say you don't have any empathy when you say that's enough at 8th attempt (DH, I'm talking about you). Cold feet.

macap · 10/01/2025 19:21

People who are overly loud in public so everyone can hear them and know what they're up to. STFU please.

Orange men with tiny hands.

Best stay away from Northern Ireland on the 12th July, then!

Orange men with tiny hands.

Orange women too! 🤣

TulipTuesday · 10/01/2025 19:19

My gallbladder.

Been a background nuisance for over 2 years, but since November has been giving me daily grief. Constant pain, unable to eat anything, can’t sleep. I’ve lost 3 stone which should be good news, but because it came off so fast, and I’m too ill to exercise, I just look old and saggy.

Getting the fucker taken out in 2 weeks. I should be pleased but 2 weeks more of this feels like a lifetime.

mcdog · 10/01/2025 19:09

Celery

I LOVE celery 😁

Salted Caramel

All fireworks, everywhere and forever

The word 'moist'

Starting any sentence with the following:

  1. No disrespect intended
  2. I'm not going to lie
  3. To be honest with you
  4. Basically

Hairdressers talking at you. (I've tried disengaging!)

I also have some very serious 'things' to ban, I'm looking at you Musk! But the above are lighthearted gripes.

WonderingWanda · 10/01/2025 19:17

People who approach green traffic lights hesitantly.

People who can't merge in turn.

People who stop and block the supermarket aisle for a chat with their neighbours.

People who don't put their litter in the bin.

People who don't wash their hands after going to the toilet.

People who come to work and say they were sick last might.

People who use my mug and don't wash it up.

People who never buy the milk but always use the last of it.

People who sit in their office all day thinking up more work for me to do quicker than I can do it because I'm teaching all day long.

Parents who think the world revolves around them and their child and that I must bend all aspects of school life to fit around them.

Probably me because I cannot stop ranting tonight.
