Would you send a naked photograph to your partner if he asked?
Just that really. I am not sure if this is the norm between couples. Mine has asked but I'm not sure if I should or not.

How do you feel?
Would you or have you?

Absolutely not.

mindutopia · 06/01/2025 18:41

Dear god, no. He also would never ask.

AgnesX · 06/01/2025 18:40

Once it's sent it's out there and you have no control over it. And that's regardless of how "nice" someone seems to be.

So no I wouldn't.

Whoarethoseguys · 06/01/2025 18:40

Definitely not

TomatoSandwiches · 06/01/2025 18:40

Imo women are nearly always automatically at a disadvantage in relationships with men, we are quite often at least physically the vulnerable ones and I cannot think of any decent reason why someone would willingly put themselves at even more of a disadvantage by giving them a naked picture of themselves that you have no control over, especially if and when the relationship ends.

Doodleflips · 06/01/2025 18:40

Yes, I’ve done it, and it’s fine if you want to, and you’re not being pressured.
but ffs, do not ever do nude with face.

WallaceinAnderland · 06/01/2025 18:36

He's never asked but if he did the answer would be no. Never have and never will.

SexAndCakes · 06/01/2025 18:35

I think it has become quite normalised, but no way would I ever do it for the reasons already given by pp.

TomatoSandwiches · 06/01/2025 18:34

No and my husband has never asked either.

Jellycatspyjamas · 06/01/2025 18:33

No, I wouldn’t - you have no control over what happens to it once it’s out there.

MrsKwazi · 06/01/2025 18:32

Never.
I worked on an industrial site about 1000 people through the gates every day. We were about 50 women, basically the admin, hr and medical staff. I can tell you that was an education. Never ever send anything compromising to a man, no matter how much you think you can trust or think you know them.

Porkyporkchop · 06/01/2025 18:23

Please don’t do this. If it ends up on the internet, your employer and everyone could end up seeing this and you’ll be sacked and humiliated

Why would she be sacked for being the victim of revenge porn?

I've done it with a long term partner (mutually exchanging), but if you've had to make a post about whether you should or not, it's maybe not something you're comfortable with so I wouldn't!

Freshflower · 06/01/2025 18:31

No way!! Why does he want a naked picture of you? He can see you naked surely during intimate moments? I don't think this is normal. Maybe between casual sex only couples , even then I wouldn't do it

BlueMum16 · 06/01/2025 18:29

No. Just no. Never. Don't.

Please don't do this. Once it's gone you have absolutely no control of where it is, who sees it or what happens with it.

Why in earth does he want this and why does he think it's ok to suggest? What a dick.

Jingleballs2 · 06/01/2025 18:29

littlemissprosseco · 06/01/2025 18:28

Anyone with any respect for you, would not ask!

Yeah I agree with this

Astrak · 06/01/2025 18:29

Definitely not. For all the reasons that the previous posters have already given.

Jingleballs2 · 06/01/2025 18:29

No, but he wouldn't ask and we've been together 18 years. Someone I didn't know that long, absolutely not

littlemissprosseco · 06/01/2025 18:28

Anyone with any respect for you, would not ask!

Bippityboppitybooo · 06/01/2025 18:28

Nope. 9 years with dp and 2 kids, he wouldn't ask, and neither of us would send them anyway (we've discussed this phenomenon). I've been asked by creeps before him trying their luck, but never by a long term decent human being.

Not to sound too judgemental! I imagine this may play a role in long term trusting kinky relationships, but a year, or a random? No chance!

Mockingjay876 · 06/01/2025 18:28

Yes but the photos never include my face 😂.

Maray1967 · 06/01/2025 18:28

AllProperTeaIsTheft · 06/01/2025 18:19

No. But he wouldn't ask.

Same here. Married 30 years. Mine wouldn’t dream of asking.

To my mind, no decent bloke would. Essentially he is asking you to take the risk that naked pictures of yourself might end up on the internet. Not a chance.

Upstartled · 06/01/2025 18:27

No.

HumanRightsAreHumanRights · 06/01/2025 18:27

Every woman who has ever found her naked picture on the internet without her knowledge seems to have sent it to some bloke who asked for it.

If that is something you are okay with happening, or to be used as a 'photo or it didn't happen' then go right ahead and send them.

The internet is full of pictures of naked women so they aren't exactly in short supply.
If he is asking you I'd be wondering how many other women he knows that he has pictures of.

Divebar2021 · 06/01/2025 18:27

Yes I potentially would but Im not a moron so I wouldn’t have my face in the shot.

Onlyvisiting · 06/01/2025 18:27

No
