Would you send a naked photograph to your partner if he asked?
Just that really. I am not sure if this is the norm between couples. Mine has asked but I'm not sure if I should or not.

How do you feel?
Would you or have you?

Mine wouldn't ask, and never has.

jay55 · 06/01/2025 19:00

No. I've read enough articles about men trading nudes.

theallotmentqueen · 06/01/2025 19:00

Surely depends if you’re into it, and if that’s something you want? If you’re into it and trust your partner to keep it private than go for it. If you don’t want to/don’t trust your partner/don’t feel comfortable for any reason then don’t do it!

DaisyChain505 · 06/01/2025 19:00

Coming from someone who was naive enough to do this in the past and it was spread like wildlife, 100% do not.

i was in a loving relationship and thought I could trust him but you never know.

just don’t.

You married a person who asks for nude pics?

Yes why not? Sharing nudes/explicit pictures is fun. I used to do it lots with DH. These days it's something we occasionally do together rather than send each other. Why judge other people's sex lives?

Allswellthatendswelll · 06/01/2025 18:59

I put YABU but I meant unreasonable to send a photo not to quibble it. Never, never do this! Huge red flag if he's pressuring you.

OurDreamLife · 06/01/2025 18:59

We send them back and forward all the time.

nonbinaryfinery · 06/01/2025 18:59

NO.

InkHeart2024 · 06/01/2025 18:58

Yep, have done lots of times. No face or identifying features generally. But you shouldn't feel pressured to do it because other people enjoy it!

FedUp1000 · 06/01/2025 18:58

No, never

Echobelly · 06/01/2025 18:57

I would as we've been together 20+ years, but not something I'd trust to any relatively new relationship. I wouldn't do anything 'porny', honestly if a tasteful nude of me got into the public domain I wouldn't care and it wouldn't have any effect on my life.

Vaxtable · 06/01/2025 18:56

Nope wouldn’t happen

Namechangedforgoodreasons · 06/01/2025 18:56

No. You might not still be with your partner a few years from now, and you never know where your picture will end up.

Not a fucking chance would I do that.

Why is he asking? What would he do with such a photograph?

To be blunt - would you be happy for him to 'share' such a photograph with his mates? Upload it to a porn site? Hold it over your head to 'keep you in line'?

Don't be naive, never create such a photograph - you are worth far more.

How much of a partner is he? How old, how long together, any children?

paranoiaofpufflings · 06/01/2025 18:56

Absolutely not. Enjoyment of my body is only available by my consent and in person with me. Aside from that, it's not even just the trust of the partner, it's the idea that phones, emails, etc can be hacked, stolen, that photo could end up anywhere.

themonkeysnuts · 06/01/2025 18:56

Not a chance

Hisredipad · 06/01/2025 18:55

No no no

Dweetfidilove · 06/01/2025 18:54

Nope. He can come round to bask in all my naked glory, but a picture he'll not get.

Hwi · 06/01/2025 18:51

Mrsttcno1 · 06/01/2025 18:19

It’s a personal decision really, I have done it, only with the man who is now my husband and never had any worries about it really, he has also sent them to me, I trust him. If I was single again and met someone who was asking immediately then it would be a hard no.

You married a person who asks for nude pics?

Jeschara · 06/01/2025 18:51

No, definitely not.

321user123 · 06/01/2025 18:50

No.
I just don’t trust technology like that.
I do trust my husband, it’s just that phones can be stolen, iCloud’s can be hacked, messages intercepted, not worth the risk..

Bob02 · 06/01/2025 18:49

Absolutely not. You never share images that you dontvwant your mum or dad to see.even if your partner would share then he could get hacked.

TheCatterall · 06/01/2025 18:46

Who cares what he wants? What do you want @Interestingone?

does it feel cringy and give you the ick? Can you access his phone to delete them. Can you trust him not to share them?

This kinda behaviour when folks push it smacks of adolescent “if you loved me you’d x,y and z (things that are beyond your boundaries)”.

if he loved and respects you he won’t push it if you say no.

Barrenfieldoffucks · 06/01/2025 18:46

Nope.

12purplepencils · 06/01/2025 18:43

Are you apart for some reason? Is he away?
if not why can’t he just look at the real thing?

I have/would, but only if I was into it in the moment and without face or any identifying features
