It’s just us at home.
I assumed there be lots of leftovers, some beef, potatoes and sprouts, but not enough for meals. We have some cheese from the cheese board, millions of crackers, some good bread, then the usual..eggs, pasta etc
Was hoping to get a few days out of not having to go to the shops and get more.
Wondering whether to just get some nice ham and have ham & mustard sandwiches, def not cooking today!

Another Christmas dinner with the leftovers. It always tastes a lot better

We are going to MILs for the traditional Boxing Day lunch of baked potatoes and leftover over meats. She always cooks way too much at Christmas but FIL died 18 months ago and this year she reverted to over feeding us. I se that as her returning to normal so we put up with it.

I always buy buffet type food for today. Cocktail sausages, coleslaw, potato salad, Halloumi, good bread etc. to go with the leftovers. Boxing day is all about leftovers and cheese here.

Cold turkey, salad and potato wedges for lunch then I always do a party food buffet for tea

Inspired by M&S I'm currently eating a home made turkey feast dip and tortilla chips. Off on a long walk shortly and then a second Christmas dinner for tea.

Lunch will probably be cheese and crackers and smoked salmon. Evening meal will be turkey and chips - with a ton of salt.

We order pizza every Boxing Day.

Not sure how it's become a 'tradition', but in the last few years it has.

Roast beef dinner today. Always have turkey in Christmas Day then beef today. Teen kids still in bed, DH gone for a walk and I’m enjoying some quiet time whilst the beef slowly roasts.

Oh, I love a good ham and mustard sandwich.
We are having cheeseboard lunch (and a box of lovely medjool dates).
I've got the fancy for mashed potatoes, leftover meat from yesterday veg and plenty of gravy for tonight.
