A follow on thread as the first thread is full. This message is directed towards @Corinthiana

A few negative newspaper headlines made Diana unpopular? Nonsense. She remained a figure of profound importance internationally. She died over the summer - August. So she was on holiday. She was divorced and they shared arrangements with the boys. So she was on a yacht? Did you run her personal schedule to know that this was a sign of her prioritising her relationship over her sons as this is what you appear to be implying? Do you honestly think that the public reaction in the immediate aftermath of her death was due to her sudden post death elevation to sainthood as opposed to her enduring popularity during her life? What an illogical statement.

She was indeed a very complex woman but the fascination with her was boundless. You sound reductive and agenda driven. Greed? She was from a true blue blooded family - she famously said to Prince Philip 'my family is older than your's'.

Oh come off it.

You raised Joan Rivers' death, calling it suspicious and linked it to her calling Michelle Obama trans. You also peddled the (false) claim that Barack once referred to Michelle as Michael, and you've asked for someone to show you a picture of Michelle, pregnant.

Don't do the "I'm just asking questions" or "some people are saying" schtick- if you're going to peddle this toxic crap, at least have the backbone to admit you're doing it.

Yes, agreed. But it’s a waste of time for sure. Reminds me of that quote about playing chess with a pigeon. I’m just happy that we’re not the ones arguing that calling Michelle Obama a man with connections to Joan Rivers death, or callously speculating about a missing child’s parents, is in any way reasonable. So there’s that.

Intrigued by MK-Ultra I found this footage. It also features in the X-files.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/reel/video/p0by2ybb/mk-ultra-the-cia-s-secret-pursuit-of-mind-control-

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1372700/My-electric-shock-nightmare-hands-CIAs-evil-doctor-Calendar-Girls-star-Celia-Imrie.html

The actress Celia Imrie has written how she was subject to one of the Dr's involved in MK Ultra who treated her anorexia in hospital. It sounds horrendous, the stuff of nightmares. She references the Narcosis Room, a ward where patients were forced into a drug-induced sleep for days while tapes played instructions to them from under the pillow.

It was barbaric and horrendous.

My electric shock nightmare at the hands of the CIA's evil doctor by Calendar Girls star Celia Imrie

I have been very lucky. Over the years I have had more than my fair share of roles on stage and television, including Upstairs Downstairs, The Darling Buds Of May, and Dinner ladies.

I know someone who saw the plane hit the Pentagon, and have family who were involved in one of the most notorious American school massacres. They weren't harmed, but they saw the devastation. The parents of murdered children were routinely harassed by conspiracy nut jobs.

Imagine your children being murdered. Now imagine people shouting at you accusing you of lying about it.

Unfortunately it was not me that labelled them suspects so I don't understand why it is so wrong to reference the evidence that led to the police to conclude something did not add up in their abduction version. I am not 'shouting' about it either.

Did you start this thread to see how many times you could use "legitimate public interest?"
Not that it makes much sense anyway.

Oh good off you trot then to create your own thread that makes sense.

I’m not digging into your previous posts. I have a feeling I’d need a bath. I’m going by what you’ve actually said just on this thread. Honestly, just on this not very long thread, you’ve said plenty. So you’re not implying that Michelle somehow had something to do with Joan’s death. What exactly are you implying then?

"And based on your previous posts I’m not particularly shocked that you’re making accusations about the sex of a black woman and suggesting she had something to do with another woman’s death?"

You wrote the above, so given that the current posts are about Michelle Obama what does the reference to 'previous posts' mean? I hope you enjoyed that bath by the way!

I said I am intrigued - I simply do not know the answer or what happend or what the truth is, but I mentioned it in the context of a conspiracy theory thread! Its odd - there are things about this that are odd. Calm the hell down for goodness sake.

Like the same accusation levied towards Bridget Macron you mean? Is this also founded in racism?
so cruel too, Bridgette has kids , she’s a grandmother.

I find it incredibly odd that Kate McCann refused to answer the questions. Surely as a parent whose child has vanished, you would do all you could to get them back. I’m far from a CT but this case is a strange one. More than meets the eye for sure.

They were both Dr's if the children had been sedated and something has gone terribly wrong you would have thought they would have know safe doess of medications
Lots of children are given melatonin foe example to aid sleep and it's very safe.

I said I find it quite suspicious/intriguing, please quote me correctly. I also asked the poster to show me an actual picture of Michelle pregnant, she linked to a weird set of fakes. I would like to see one. Joan's death is perplexing and suspicious to me. She died during a routine endoscopy of lack of oxygen having gone through many many surgeries. The timing was in close proximity to that statement. There is a plethora of other information about this issue on the internet. Hence it falls under the umbrella of what would be referred to as a conspiracy theory.

So I am missed the original thread on this.

What do you believe about Michelle Obama?

As far as I recall she was advised not to by her lawyer. The questions are very clearly aimed at framing her not furthering the investigation.

At the very least they are guilty of appalling neglect, as are their friends. I will never countenance leaving small children alone and uncared for as they all did.

You know why I'm fully Conspiracy Theory on both Diana and Madeline?

  1. Diana - why no "wear a seat belt" campaign?
  2. Madeline - why no "keep an eye on your kids" campaign?

And who would carry out such a tasteless campaign?

Ellen Degeneres is probably a lizard person. Certainly not human.

Whatever she is, it’s nothing good

People like me just don’t tend to espouse that black women (or in fact, any women) in the public eye are actually men and have something to do with somebody else’s death. Think I’m happier being someone like me. Thanks.

I am saying it is perplexing. I am not saying Michelle did anything herself of course on the actual operating table. Are you so literal in real life? As for digging into my previous posts - you sound obsessed. Get a life.

Where in the Australian media did they refer to Michelle Obama as that bloke?

It was on a comedy show called Spicks & Specks, and repeated in the Murdoch media. From memory.

CandleLlama · 24/12/2024 05:47

Michelle Obama being a 'man' has been widely spread on the internet for years, Joan Rivers repeating it was no reason to kill her.

there could be many reasons MO hasn't shared photos of herself pregnant: not wanting to entertain the theories; not having any; using a surrogate; adopting... none of these reasons makes her a man! People have always accused strong women of being men to insult their physical appearance or imply that only men can achieve greatness, it's not a new thing.

You know you’ve won a discussion when people decide to have a pop at your spelling rather than formulate an intelligent response.

Thing is, everything said upthread about Diana is true. She cheated on Charles practically from the moment they were married. Yes, he did too, but she wasn’t an innocent bystander, it was a marriage of convenience, for both of them.

And then, after they divorced, she persisted in shagging other women’s husbands, to the extent that Will Carling’s wife put out a statement in the national press about it.

Clearly being cheated on didn’t actually have much impact if she was happy to be the OW to numerous other women’s husbands.

Most women who have been cheated on would never be the OW, because they’ve been on the receiving end, but Diana pretty much didn’t bother with single men, presumably not enough of a challenge for her.

It may be an unpleasant thing to say, but Diana was an unpleasant person.

Edited

You sound very bitter. Your 'intelligent' response appears to be a set of vile and vulgar accusations directed towards Diana based on her shagging and whoring. Far too clever for me so I'll leave you to it.

I’m not shocked about the thread about conspiracy theories. And based on your previous posts I’m not particularly shocked that you’re making accusations about the sex of a black woman and suggesting she had something to do with another woman’s death? While she was on the operating table? Unless I’m getting you wrong of course - and that wasn’t what you intended? I do apologise if that wasn’t what you meant by your comments? Because they are terrible things to say, so maybe I have got it wrong?

See what intrigues me is why some people are so defensive of their so called right to make accusations about people who have never been tried, never been convicted, never even been arrested for a crime.

I imagine that the OP was probably among those who were accusing Nicola Bulley’s partner of her murder and were likely feeling somewhat stupid when it turned out she’d fallen into and drowned in the river.

These true crime forums are typically full of batshit wannabe detectives who feel the need to have their opinions heard in the belief that they know what happened, even though the experts often don’t.

and were likely feeling somewhat stupid when it turned out she’d fallen into and drowned in the river

Probably not. People like that just double down and come out with even more outlandish reasons. I don’t think self-awareness, let alone empathy for others, figures.
