Why when writing on here can't you just say the whole word instead of dd mil ect it's really annoying and lazy

It's "etc" not "ect" (the whole term is "et cetera" meaning, "and other similar things"). FYI.

The OP is a complete stranger to punctuation on all her posts.

To be honest, I find that more annoying as it can make reading quite difficult.

I'm not great at it, but at least I chuck a few commas in to break it up a bit.

Abbreviations are widely used across the whole Internet. I really don't think the www is going to change because it irritates you
