How old are you and what car do you drive?

I'm 36 and according to my sister my car ages me ten years. Wtaf?! It's an Audi a6 estate. So yes, a "mum car". But is this a thing?!

Our cars are a landrover and a Renault clio. Had them since we were early to mid thirties.

Apparently the clio is an old lady car (old one, not the modern version!)

I adored my old clio and drive it until it died

39 and a Hyundai i10. Cheap to run, easy to park and reliable. I’ve had it 6 years and in no hurry to change it. Most reliable car I’ve had!

Your friend is a vacuous idiot. People generally drive what they can afford from what's available when they need to replace a car.

I'm early 30s and drive a Nissan Juke. I'd say about 85% of the other Nissan Juke drivers I see are women older than me, so I think perhaps I have got too grown up a car for my age haha

My second car is a Ferrari Purosangue, just about fits through my garage doors.

Sadly not research. I had to google that car though!

58 Mini Countryman.

Comfortable, lots of features, big enough for two people’s big shops, and a large Labrador.

the original one was my first ever car. This one. ....well not this exact one but the same model.

I have 2 cars - don't ask! Anyways, 58 yo BMW X3 and Mini countryman.

@makemineadecaf I think an A6 is a fine car.

I'm not sure cars age us, we choose them to suit our needs. But I do think some cars/bikes are normally driven by people who are 40+ - Merc E class, BMW 5 or 7 series, Harley Davisons, old jaguar coupes...

29 Jaguar XF, had it since I was 27 and get a lot of 'old man car' digs but I love it. Also have as shared cars an Audi A6 Avant and BMW i4 so I guess it balances out. DP is 31, for reference.

Snappppp! 28 and Jag XF R Sport - emphasis on the sport bit to cancel out some of the old man digs 😂

I’m 36 and have only ever had Ford Fiestas, passed my test at 18 lol. But they are great cars. Expecting a baby next year so have been thinking about upgrading to something slightly bigger. But I love my Fords 🥰
