Conor has posted a few times, then deleted, check tatt.le.life thread for the screenshots...but this from Dee is crazy...he went out cheating on you at 8 months pregnant, he's had at least 5 sexual assault claims, he is linked to Irish gangster, he publicly cheated on you several times and poor Nikita was badly bruised and had to have a tampon removed via forceps....will Dee be warning her daughter of men like her father?

Why should she have to change her behaviour to avoid being raped?

Why don't you spend your time blaming the person who is at fault here - the actual rapist!

@Holymoleyitscold yes I read that the friend claimed to have consensual sex with her. Contrary to your response to another poster, this alleged intercourse was not in front of anyone else. There were no witnesses to that. I also read that she has no recollection of it and there was no DNA evidence to support it. It's a pretty common theory that Connor and his friend claimed this to discredit her. Connor conveniently paid his legal bills.

Regardless of your views of this woman's intentions or capabilities as a mother, she was assaulted. This has been proven in a court of law. I sincerely hope that you aren't exposing any of these beliefs to your children if you have them.

The legal costs hearing is on Thursday. I’d be worried JL’s costs would be awarded against Nikita, as he was not found to have assaulted her. This is a huge risk for her. But what choice fit she have? He claims to have had sex with her, and told the Gardai this, so what choice did she have but to make a claim against him too? It was a trap, and it half-worked, poor Nikita. She only took the civil case against him on the basis of his claim.

If his performance in Road House wasn't enough to end his career hopefully this will be

I don't think it's fair to put so much attention on his partner. We have no idea what goes on behind closed doors, and he would be a terrifying man to anger.

What we do know is that Conor McGregor is a rapist scumbag, and Nikita is incredibly brave. Let's just focus on those two rather than placing blame at a woman's door.

He doesn't even need a reason, to violently assault people.

Just an out of control thug who needs locking up and leaving there.

I don't think we need to be generalising whole nationalities based on one scumbag.

If only it was just the one scum bag.

Holymoleyitscold · 27/11/2024 12:31

@InconsideratelyThoughtful this doesn’t make sense. Nikita knew McG isn’t a lovely man. She knew there were previous accusations of sexual assault. She knew of the sextape with his wife he posted on social media. She knew he was a vile scum bag.

Over and out everybody. I seem to have caused a lot of controversy. I still believe that he is absolutely subhuman but for whatever reason Nikita had a plan. She knew he was a dangerous scumbag with a partner and kids but because of his fame/ money decided to pair up/take drugs/party with/go to a hotel room with him and his friend. I was always taught that you can’t play with fire and the complain about getting burned. A person has to take responsibility for their choices.

My sympathies lie elsewhere like with the thousands of victims of the Alex McCartney.

I stand with Nikita.

Whatever reason she had for going to that hotel room it is not her responsibility that she was raped.

Someone I know was raped. At the time I had a passing thought that it probably wouldn't have happened if she was sober. Thankfully, I gave my head a wobble. She is not to blame. He is.

Wait until you have walked a mile in someone else’s shoes before you condemn them. I don’t know what the situation with coercive control is in ROI, but even if there is good legislation backed up by police and court support, the attitude towards women in Ireland ( here I am including NI) stinks through hundreds of years of religious bigotry and general misogyny.

This is a man who is already seething and furious that a woman has dared to challenge him and win, in her shoes would you post anything that he might find triggering?

I don't think we need to be generalising whole nationalities based on one scumbag.

NonPlayerCharacter · 27/11/2024 12:32

It's hard to admit you made a shitawful choice of life partner and take your heart back. It's easier to fool someone than to get them to see they've been fooled. Coercive control is a thing that may or may not be relevant here. Women frequently stay with revolting men, with their kids, and tell everyone he's just misunderstood and is a great dad and the love of a good woman heals him. See first sentence...

VictoriaSpungecake · 27/11/2024 12:31

Gardendiary · 27/11/2024 10:36

I would say its about as close to impossible as you could get. He's got links to organised crime, she's not living in a world where the normal rules apply.

I agree.

I wish the public could be more educated around this stuff. It takes ages to leave an abusive partner, not because it takes ages for you to "come to your senses" but because it takes ages to work out how you're going to do it safely, because the risk of being killed is so high. I really wish people would try to read between the lines when they hear of someone "going back" to or "staying with" an abusive partner. If this was common knowledge it would be so much easier for the victim.

TheignT · 27/11/2024 12:31

Beezknees · 27/11/2024 07:38

I don't feel sorry for her at all. We don't have to just because she's a woman. She's a horrible piece of work and Conor is scum.

She's got 4 kids, imagine thinking you want to leave this man but he might get 50/50 with the children without you there to protect them. I don't know what she's like but I can imagine it isn't straightforward.

Holymoleyitscold · 27/11/2024 12:31

InconsideratelyThoughtful · 27/11/2024 11:56

And what if one of your daughters marries a lovely man who is welcomed wholeheartedly by all of you into the family and he rapes her. Will that still be her fault, because she chose to marry a man she didn't know was a rapist?

@InconsideratelyThoughtful this doesn’t make sense. Nikita knew McG isn’t a lovely man. She knew there were previous accusations of sexual assault. She knew of the sextape with his wife he posted on social media. She knew he was a vile scum bag.

And parent blaming! If I raise my children right then they will never make unwise decisions. If only it were that simple.

It seems that that person thinks that if you raise your children properly it prevents them from being victims of a crime, awful attitude

CKN · 27/11/2024 10:58

Can you confirm your evidence of this or is it just hearsay?

Not saying that I don’t believe you but I don’t remember reading about this.

It was an 18 yo Romanian girl who was begging on the streets. They promised to take her to McDonalds while her young brother looked on. Took her to a house, raped & murdered her. Set fire to the house after. Mariora Rostas. Heartbreaking story.

Rowen32 · 27/11/2024 12:11

Holymoleyitscold · 27/11/2024 12:10

Absolutely not. My daughters and sons will always have my full support whenever they need me. Who knows what’s down the line no matter what I do but I will try to raise them that they won’t fraternise with scumbags like McGregor.

But if you're sending the message bad choices can lead you to being raped, then if God forbid it ever happened your child is going to internalise and blame themselves because of what you're saying, rather than teaching that it is never acceptable and never their fault

Rumors1 · 27/11/2024 12:11

I think what @Holymoleyitscold is saying is that the dogs in the street know that CMcG is a scumbag rapist who has been alleged to have raped loads of women and paid them off. Any woman going into a hotel room with him to take drugs and have sex knows there is a very good chance that he will get violent and rape them.
I dont think that is victim blaming but laying out some common sense truth about the likelihood of things ending up the way they did.
Of course what he did was repugnant, he absolutely disgusts me but his reputation precedes him and that is a fact every women who enters his company should take into account.

Holymoleyitscold · 27/11/2024 12:10

Tiredandteasytoday · 27/11/2024 11:58

So if your daughter makes a 'wrong choice ' it's on her then. She deserves what occurs? She drinks too much and is assaulted and your reply sounds like 'well you should make better choices'. Good grief it's medieval.

I think there's a real possibility that he abuses her too

Where is that screenshot from ? Just wondering as I never heard anything about it but well believe it

Rowen32 · 27/11/2024 12:09

Holymoleyitscold · 27/11/2024 11:44

Don’t be daft but I’ll try my best and raise my daughters so that they won’t fraternise with monsters like McGregor. I’ll also try and raise them to realise that every choice has consequences and we have to do our best to make the right choices.
