@Munchyseeds2 , morning lovely I hope you had a good sleep . Here is the butter chicken recipe . You can do it in pan but it does taste better in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
4 large skinless chicken fillets (your meant to use chicken thighs but in not a fan of thighs especially my own )
Vegetable oil
2 tps butter
3 gloves garlic (I’m lazy and use lazy garlic paste)
1 x chopped onion
1 tube tomato paste (yes full tube)
curry powder
2 tps curry paste
1 can coconut milk
1 mug of Greek yoghurt
salt
Instructions :
Gather all ingredients
Heat oil and butter together
add chicken , onion and garlic for appprox 12 mins
add tomato paste, curry powder , curry paste
transfer to slow cooker and add the coconut milk and yoghurt ( but wait until it’s not hot otherwise yoghurt will curdle)
add salt
cook on high for 6 hours or if going out for day put on slow for 8 hours
serve with rice and naan xx
