Low standards? I mean, pretty sure if you set up a profile online and said you were up for no strings sex you'd be inundated. If you want to have safe sex with an adult within your age bracket, who has decent person hygiene, is interested in making sure you also enjoy the experience and isn't aggressive, mentally unsound, morally or physically repulsive to you then that probably thins the field a bit...............

I think if you are literally just after sex it wouldn’t be too difficult.
As others have said you could join a dating site as that’s all they seem to be good for these days.
However, in your post you mention having a good job, home and being a nice person - all of which are irrelevant in a just-sex relationship which leads me to think you do actually want more and that is why it is difficult.

Personally I would love to be able to go out and meet someone just for sex however due to past trauma, I just can’t do it. I need to know the person and be able to fully trust them before I can have sex with them, makes it even harder to get that D

It’s very easy, but I suppose it depends what you’re looking for really. If you’re looking for a no string attached one night thing or a no strings few times here & there I’d go on the likes of Tinder. If you’re looking for something more romantic then it leads to sex, I do think that’s harder to come by. But definitely drinks & sex is easy to do when you go on dating sites.

I think sex is easy to get whether you’re male or female, you just have to put yourself out there for it so to speak.

Any women can get dick of they want. As long as they're not choosy like. There are slim pickings out there. You have to sift through the pervs, the ones that won't use condoms, hygiene etc.

Ultimately you have to feel safe with whoever you want to shag. That's why a lot of people go for ex shags on occasion.

If you just want no-strings sex with a good looking stranger of your choice, then hookup apps, nightclubs, and (if you’re in London) parties like TG, KV, Decom etc are your friend. It’s not that difficult. You can often turn into a longer term FwB arrangement if it goes well.

If you prefer to build a connection first before any sex then it’s probably a lot more effort.
