Just had a really disappointing chat with DH tonight. I want to borrow an airfryer for our babyshower next weekend and he just didn't seem interested at all, and even brought up divorce! AIBU to be upset by this?? not sure why its gone bold

Is someone really going to lend you their air fryer??

NiftyKoala · 16/11/2024 00:47

My air fryer was a gift and let I love love love it. Ditch the husband and get yourself an air fryer.

If i came in from work and you tried to engage me in coversation about borrowing an air fryer i would ignore you as well to be fair. What is there to say further than “im borrowing an airfryer from x”

Enough4me · 16/11/2024 00:37

You need the latest airfryer model. Does everything he does and more and on time.

KrisAkabusi · 16/11/2024 00:35

I'd struggle to be interested in a borrowed air fryer. What did you say to him when he failed to react to your plan?

Aroastdinnerisnotahumanright · 16/11/2024 00:34

I would rather be single than not have an air fryer.

Did the air fryer kill his father?

T4phage · 16/11/2024 00:08

To be honest, airfryers are often more useful than husbands, so I'd stick with the airfryer.

Is he not on board with naming the baby Balonz?

YANBU to be upset because your husband wants a divorce over an air fryer.

loropianalover · 16/11/2024 00:03

I have no idea how we made the leap from air fryer to divorce here. Did his mortal enemy invent the air fryer?
