To say she simply cannot be turning 40?!

I'm a big fan of Gemma Atkinson. Always had her down as a young mum. Yet i just read she is turning 40 tomorrow!!!

She looks fab and definitely looks after herself in terms of fitness but I do think most aging is genetic tbh. My mum has always looked young and constantly tells me its down to all the lotions and potions she uses. But I use aldi moisturiser and wash with water and people often mis-age me by 10 years (im 41). Healthy diet and exercise helps for sure... I think if you have chubby sort of cheeks when you're young (I did!) you will probably look fairly young as you get older!

I don't think anyone looks more than 6-8 years younger than their real age (when you look properly!) Well hardly anyone! But I am shocked at this. On every photo I looked at on Google, Gemma looks about 28-31. Doesn't look close to 40. She's very pretty too. Smile

Same with Nikki Sanderson, Tina O'Brien, Holly Willoughby... Just a few examples of women around 40 who look a clear 10-12 years younger IMO. They're all pretty, and 'natural looking' too. Wonder if that helps...? 🤔

No idea who she is so had to google her.

She's a good looking woman who is, as far as I can gather, an influencer and former actress and glamour model, so safe to say her whole life is about how she presents herself and her looks.

She's not old, she's 40 and like a lot of 40 year old women looks like a 40 year old woman who looks after her appearance.

She looks absolutely amazing but she works really hard to look after herself and not in an unhealthy, body image obsessed way either.

She’s a fantastic role model and apparently really kind too.

40 isn't old these days, tons of people look good. I don't understand this "invisibility/feeling old" thing at all, I feel like I'm finally coming into myself in all areas in my 40s

Pretty sure they are not married, been engaged for years and have two children.
as others said he wasn’t her pro- partner (Gorka have been too short to be partnered with her) she was with Alijaz.
and agree with the OP- she’s a youthful 40.

No she didn't. She married Gorka Marquez one of the other pros but he was not her partner on the show. Also the Strictly Curse tends to refer to those who already have partners and hook up whereas Gorka and Gemma were both single and free to date whoever they wished. They married and have 2 children actually.
