How much is a men's haircut in a barbers in London?

Friend says less

We do not live in London

Does anyone know?

Not a fancy salon, a regular barbers that the average Joe goes to

My husband pays £40 in the City but that includes ears, nose and brows as well.

We live in a v expensive area of North London. Turkish barbers is £24.

We're not in London but close and DH pays £30 , he could go to a cheap Turkish barber (of which there are many) but they only seem to do 4 haircuts on all of their clients I think that's closer to £20 maybe even a tiny bit less.
He has thick hair, that isn't straight and a double crown, so needs a good barber.
