Where is Kamala?

Just saw this post on X, and I tend to agree...

"Kamala lost as she campaigned - a coward who couldn't face the media, couldn't handle the pressure. Didn't even have the character required to concede on election night. Went home to sulk. The opposite of presidential material."

Really and truly was there nobody with any substance the Democrats could have put forward. What on earth did they expect. The bar was so low.

Anyone with the most miniscule sliver of anything half approaching a brain could see that Trump lost in 2020, and he has never accepted it!

Biden could have stood for President at the end of Obama's 2nd term, and didn't.

Anyone rioting or inciting riots should have been punished with the full force of the law, and that includes your precious Trump, who as his usual teflon-coated self, got away with it.

The re-election of Trump has turned the stomachs of most of the rest of the free world.

Get your facts straight.

  1. In 2020 BIDEN won both BOTH the POPULAR vote as WELL as ELECTORAL COLLEGE. His margins were good. 7000 000 in popular vote and 306 to 232 in ELECTORAL COLLEGE.
  2. There was nothing wrong with the election. In 2020 AMERICANS had enough of Trump and were ready for Biden’s presidency.
  3. What happened on 6th January was NOTHING like BLM protests. Bunch of aggressive supremacists stormed the Captiol after they lost democratic elections. They were NOT waving flags, they actually got inside and were threatening elected officials. There are several records from politicians who were hiding in offices as bunch of lunatics were running around, yelling their names. AOC gave quite a detailed account of what happened to her and it sounded terrifying.
  4. BLM protesters were fighting for their rights and against police racism and brutality. I am not excusing riots, the rioters should be punished. However, the people who took part in BLM protests had every right to be angry, unlike the 6th January rioters.
  5. Btw, the BLM protests were AMERICANS as well!!

If he were to die before he is sworn in then that raises a very interesting constitutional question. There is no mechanism for another election, but the order of succession in the event of the death of a president is written with the presumption that it happens after they actually take office. Next in line is the vice president, which is Kamala Harris and not JD Vance. It would probably unleash chaos if it were to happen. Let’s hope his doctors are advising him not to strain too hard on the toilet between now and the end of January.

I assume you're younger, and think that going back to 2008 is a long time. I see it as very recent

And remember the time difference - no-one was expecting her to make the concession speech on the day of the election (big straw argument there). But they were expecting it earlier in the day following than 5pm (ish - depending on which time zone) when the result had been clear all day.

This is utter nonsense.

Trump is expected to win 311 electoral college votes (presuming he wins both the states yet to be called). Biden won 306. Trump currently leads Harris by 3.4% in the popular vote, Biden beat Trump by 3.5%. The margin of victory is virtually identical.

Anyone with access to google can very easily access these figures.
