Why are you asking?

Rhaenys · 27/10/2024 20:01

About £700-800k, which has really shocked me because I thought it would about £500k before I checked on Rightmove.

The house prices in my previously very reasonable area have really shot up since the pandemic, when everyone wanted to relocate to the countryside. 😩

Baroluleni · 27/10/2024 19:24

I reckon £850k in our village now
£650 pre Covid times.

excellent amenities.
Close to commuter road and rail links
east of England

ChequerToRed · 27/10/2024 19:16

About 1.5mil in Bristol, up to maybe 2.5mil or more in the more especially fancy areas. You couldn’t buy our 1930s 3 bed end of terrace for 340k where I am in south Bristol, one up the road just sold for 420k. House prices here are wild.

JoBrandsCleaner · 27/10/2024 19:13

It looks like an £850,000 one for here, i’m
in Stalybridge which is priced quite high for some reason. I’m from Penrith in Cumbria originally and it’s no cheaper here than there.

Badmum1978 · 27/10/2024 19:06

£1.5 million upwards (wealthy Cheshire area)

BonniesSlave · 27/10/2024 18:17

£1.5 million

Weald56 · 27/10/2024 18:02

According to RightMove, £475,000 to £1.89 million where we live, depending on style, location, garden size etc

RavenhairedRachel · 27/10/2024 17:50

Around 800 to 900k in the village I live in but it is a conservation area and there's a lot of listed properties. Neighbouring villages more like 700 to 750k . Having said that there is a similar property on for offers over 1 million

Nursemumma92 · 27/10/2024 17:44

Approx £800k in popular (but not most expensive) area of Cornwall.

PeachyPeachTrees · 27/10/2024 17:42

£1.7M where I live.

newnamethanks · 27/10/2024 09:36

Prices are insane in the South. I grew up in a perfectly ordinary 4 bed terrace in NW London. Last time I looked, it was on sale for £1.5 million and it was one of the lower prices in the street.

BunnyLake · 27/10/2024 08:42

I wish I could move my house to one of the really lucrative areas. I’d make a couple of million overnight judging by the prices on here.

MatLeave · 27/10/2024 02:55

500k

autienotnaughty · 27/10/2024 02:47

800-900k

tobee · 27/10/2024 02:29

There's one similar for 4.25 million ion my area but has pretty small garden

cherish123 · 27/10/2024 01:11

1.2 million- Edinburgh
It's quite a big for 5 bedrooms

cantthinkofausernametoadd · 27/10/2024 01:50

£2.5-£3 million (NW London)

Tabbyandwhite · 27/10/2024 01:20

£850 to £900 k in a 'nicer than average' area, here.

RM2013 · 27/10/2024 00:54

Depends on sq ft and actual location and facilities - some houses and locations will be more desirable than others. A 5 bed house locally would be anything from £500k to well over £1m depending on the size, location and size of the plot/land

Auburngal · 26/10/2024 23:59

Don't have any 5 bed 3 bathroom properties for sale in the town where I live. A few state 3 bathrooms but the 3rd one is actually the downstairs loo!

£370k-460k

Leicestershire

frenchfancy81 · 26/10/2024 23:44

At least 2 million

LoobyDoop2 · 26/10/2024 23:44

My guess would be north of 1.5m. Possibly quite a bit more, though. Plots that size are unusual here even for 5 bedroom detached houses. South Manchester.

ThinWomansBrain · 26/10/2024 23:40

Central London - dethatched houses with sweeping drives and large gardens don't exist.
