Just had a look on Rightmove. Nearest one to me with that spec is 650k. Which is a lot for round here, but it's in a posh street.

ByMerryKoala · 26/10/2024 18:44

I'd say about £750k in my patch of the n.e.

AvenueY · 26/10/2024 18:43

Probably like 250/280? The house near me with 5 beds, 2 baths sold for 210k a year or two ago.

HildaHosmede · 26/10/2024 18:43

Within half a mile, about £800k.

2 miles away, £400k.

Trying to figure out the square footage.

the prices here are insane.

the house was sold for £340000

Wow where do you live?!

MintTwirl · 26/10/2024 18:42

£500k to 1m for that size house in my area. This is an area that is cheap and not desirable in West Yorkshire. .

DieDreiHexen · 26/10/2024 18:42

It's the massive London/ not London divide I suspect. If your house is commutable it's worth much more.

Sii · 26/10/2024 18:42

1.1-1.4m in my area (North East)

Beansandneedles · 26/10/2024 18:42

@SauviGone northern Ireland ! Google lens is a handy tool

Gymmum82 · 26/10/2024 18:42

My area probably £1mil. 15 mins up the road £500-700k

SauviGone · 26/10/2024 18:41

340K
Wow, where is this?

DieDreiHexen · 26/10/2024 18:41

That's similar to our village, but people pay a hefty mark up for the gorgeous (or utterly impractical, depending on your viewpoint) period houses in town, so houses like that are less desirable. People often move out from London and commute to the City, so lots of money to spend.

Bloody hell that's 60k less than my 3 bedroom semi detached with no parking and only 1 loo.

Thunderpants88 · 26/10/2024 18:39

And it’s set in a quiet village 30 minutes from capital centre. Train line 2 minute walk, excellent schools. Nearest town 3 miles away

In our village, about 1.5 million.

Holidaysarecomingocthalfterm · 26/10/2024 18:38

Market has suddenly gone dead here. Around 1 million mark but in the summer more like 1.25
