This is my collection at the moment! I’m currently building the Lego Typewriter 🥰

My mum is very frail and I'm having to do a 500 mile round trip once or twice a month to support Mum & Dad. It's Mum's 87th birthday next month, so I've made her the Botanical Dried Flower Centrepiece today.

This looks lovely, what a thoughtful present. I’ve asked for this for Mother’s Day 😀

@coastergirl it was really good - I could have spent loads but not a great time with upcoming birthdays and holidays

coastergirl · 24/02/2025 00:03

@JaceLancs I meant to get tickets for it but completely forgot. Good job really as my son has been ill all week and wouldn't have been well enough. Hope it was good!

JaceLancs · 23/02/2025 23:46

@LegoTherapy no we were at Aintree today - did the Manchester one a few months ago and Aintree was about twice the size in terms of sellers 😉

LegoTherapy · 23/02/2025 22:44

@JaceLancs were you at bricktastic in Manchester? I went last year with ds and we had a great time. Those sets look great 😃

JaceLancs · 23/02/2025 22:04

We went to a Lego event today and bought a few new sets

@Somemothersdoavem thank you 😊

Until yesterday, all my plants and flowers were in a jumbled mess in a carrier bag, having had run-ins with the cat and my youngest. I spent hours yesterday fixing and displaying them. Really happy with the results though.

I love your display, beautiful 😍

I love those ones together! 😍 I’ve been looking for the dandilion polybag, but they haven’t been in stock in my local store whenever I’ve visited!

Thanks, I’ve extended the stems on the dandelions too, you may be able to get the dandelions on eBay x

@Hollowvoice love Groot being in the middle there 😂

JaceLancs · 22/02/2025 22:39

@Pumpkittenspice we are now 1/2 way through and really enjoying it - although my favourite build ever was assembly square

Sunflowers, I’ve extended the stems as I wanted them longer. The flowers are heavy so I’ve put my dandelions in the vase too to balance the flowers.

Somemothersdoavem · 22/02/2025 16:41

Panda Bears 😀

Dearover · 22/02/2025 16:16

If anyone fancies a cheap Lucky Bamboo, it fell into my basket in Asda this morning for a quick build for only £20.

coastergirl · 20/02/2025 13:36

@Dearover Hi! That's what stopped me from choosing another Potter set this morning tbh. I've run out of space, and the Potter ones I want now are all huge!
