For me the biggest one is Jacob Rees Mogg. He puts the fear of God in me. He reminds me of some villain in a horror film. If I see him on TV or a picture of him I actually get the chills.

I also find a really unsettling energy about Louis Walsh and David Walliams.

Noel Fielding - hideous.

Alexander Armstrong - how can everyone not see this?

Philip Schofield - just no.

I’ve seen a couple of mentions of Noel fielding and I’m wondering if this is because people only know him from bake-off? I don’t watch the show but always thought he was an odd choice for such a mainstream show.
He’s a surrealist comedian and artist, not exactly the right fit for a village fete vibe tv show. I wonder if you’d find him less creepy if you knew him for what he is actually good at and is more his comfort zone. Mighty Boosh was fantastically weird and funny, so creative and absurd, he played some odd characters but it made him more endearing.

Russell Brand. I’ve always found him sleazy.
Ricky Gervais. I can’t stand him.
Tony Abbott (former Australian Prime Minister). Super slimy.

AncientBallerina · 12/10/2024 23:05

Jude Law gives me the creeps and Robert Downey Jnr. There was something they were both in together and the vibe of the two of them was just ugh

Rubyupbeat · 12/10/2024 23:00

Oh and Jay Blades, never liked him, he gave me a very bad feeling.

John Tarode and Gregg Wallace.
I love CMC... but those two eating ..is like 🤢 then they shout all the time.
I watch the cooking and just listen when they are eating.

Can confirm Gregg Wallace is creepy. He chatted up my friend on the tube about 15 yrs ago, she was around 19 and he would’ve been about 45. Asked for her phone number, she declined.

Rubyupbeat · 12/10/2024 22:57

Ed Sheeran, he really creeps me out, I can't look at him
David Walliams gives off bad vibes.
Angela Rayner disturbs me in the same way as Diane Abbott and Nigel Farage.

TheRomanticOutlaw · 12/10/2024 20:06

Oh, and Jimmy Carr. Cannot bear him.

Same. Creepy dead eyes.

SuePreemly · 12/10/2024 22:52

Actually the main one is Donald Trump. I can't fathom how anyone can't see past the façade and see a lying, grifting criminal.

His running mate with the guy liner J D Vance give me massive creep vibes

Lifelover16 · 12/10/2024 22:51

Paddy McGuinness

SuePreemly · 12/10/2024 22:46

I know people that know Noel Fielding and he's a sweetheart

Keith Lemmon
Keith Lemmin isn't a celebrity. He is a fictional character just like Freddy Krueger.

SuePreemly · 12/10/2024 22:46

I am quite proud of my childhood self for declaring I didn't like Jimmy Saville and definitely did not want to go on Jim'll Fix it because he was weird. Fair play to little me
Walliams is a well known creep.

Nish Kumar gives me some weird vibes. Hugh Bonneville too

Cross posted on Noel Fielding@Fivetreehill!

Funny how the same names are coming up. Isn't it strange that some people give off that air off being a wrongun. There's a lot to be said about gut instinct.

But on another post there could be the same or more that love them.
There's a lot to be said for a couple of people out of billions having a similar opinion on some things...

I might have to disagree with Chris Pratt, but agree with all the others.

ShinyCaptain · 12/10/2024 22:41

India Willoughby is appalling.

72hoursinaande · 12/10/2024 22:38

Leonardo di caprio

Createausername1970 · 12/10/2024 22:38

Tony Blair. He gave me the heebie jeebies from the off.

Can't watch a Tom Cruise film, but more from a desire to punch him on his smarmy nose rather than being creeped out.

Liverpudlian comedian, John somebody. I can't watch him, I find him unsettling.

SunshinePlease24 · 12/10/2024 22:37

Sam Smith. Honestly no-one cares what you are or aren't. Put your clothes back on.
John Torode would eat himself if he could.
His mate Greg Wallace for his attitude to women (he hates it when you spell it Greg instead of Gregg) so yes, Greg Wallace.😉
Can I add in Adam Sandler. Have to switch channels if he appears. Just get vibes I can't explain.

Oh also Ant and Dec

Ant and Dec don’t give me the ick but I’m just amazed that two talentless non-entities can have got so far for so long. 🤷‍♀️

Blippi

Yesssss!!!

So pleased we’re passed the Blippi days…

BeardofHagrid · 12/10/2024 22:29

Tyson Fury. He reminds me of Wayne Couzens.

AppleDumplingWithCustard · 12/10/2024 22:28

Cillian Murphy - he looks like a waxwork.
Keir Starmer - if he was a Tory people would be calling him a Gammon.
Noel Fielding - I find him quite scary to look at.

KatyaKabanova · 12/10/2024 22:26

Moonlightdust · 12/10/2024 22:23

I think for me it’s the fake persona they emit - it comes across as really disingenuous.

Yes, none of them are genuine.
