To find me attractive

At just under 14 stone and 5'7', do you think it's possible that any man will find me attractive. I'm relatively in proportion. But my belly can swell ridiculously .
I feel terrible about myself but have joined the gym and running club and am cutting calories but I feel just awful.
I'm average but make an effort with clothes and grooming but cannot shame this awful feeling .
Anything positive here?

Well I’m 5’ 5” and was heavier than you when I met my husband and I was going through a bit of a purple patch.

Will every man like you? No. Will a man you like be attracted to you? Maybe, maybe not. But that’s life.

In my experience if you are at a weight where you still look ‘human’ (I am not currently - I’ve put on masses of weight over the last 19 years) and make yourself look nice and feel good there will be men who find you attractive.

I'm the same height as you an slightly heavier I'm probably a bit older. The other day someone referred to me as a bit of alright .

I did notice my hair looked good that day.

Yes, some men (especially ones carrying a little extra weight) don't mind having a partner that is the same. Some prefer it!

If you don't feel happy, then I hope your weight loss really helps with your self confidence.

I think if you find yourself attractive then others do too.
It’s a confidence thing.

The most important thing is how you feel about yourself, and you don’t seem to be happy.

Yes!

If you feel fitter you’ll be more confident and then more attractive. Feeling happy in what you’re wearing also helps.
