A man I work with has the hits for me ,
But I really like him as a friend
He is married and so am I
Am I wrong to chat and banter with him

Chat and banter easily mistaken for flirting. it's not your job to police his actions but it's within you're ability to shut it down.

Go for it OP! Has he got children? You could even split up a family if you're lucky. He won't be using you for sex, he'll have genuine feelings for you but he won't be able to leave for many reasons.
