You can't buy tickets even if you have a code if your email address and linked ticketmaster account is not one of the ballot winners. Ticketmaster comes up with an error message.

Tbf with ticketmaster comes up with a error message when you're trying to buy as well...

The whole thing has been chaos really! The pricing system. The whole denial of knowing about pricing..ticketmaster having issues and chucking people off before they can complete a buy.
Really they should be the ones with priority but don't think has worked like that

signed up now for oasismynet and have had no confirmation email yet. My last page said ‘nearly there’ with terms and conditions. Is that what you had?

Yea it was really odd...but I got an email back eventually.

Entry for the ballot closed midnight on Sunday. Everyone who could have entered has now been entered, so having a code sooner or later makes no difference. The understanding is (various news sources, though nothing confirmed) is that the ticket sales may be done in waves, so people may receive codes at different times, depending on what waves they are allocated to. Or people may receive their codes at various points during this week for one ticket sale which will open after all the codes given out. The former is how Taylor Swift operated.

We have donated all but 2 (saved 2 for ourselves) to a home for adults with special needs/disabilities, hopefully able to donate another 4 tickets to them so that more can go! Fingers crossed
