Mullets on kids

Like small kids, under 10. No, just... no.
YABU = You bloody love a mullet on a small child. Looks great!
YANBU = You agree that a mullet is a monstrosity, particularly on a small child.

I haven't seen any kids with mullets. Didn't realise they were back in style.

Who cares? Styles come and go and if the kid likes it why not? Hair grows back.

While l I don’t like mullets myself, there’s something really weird about adults judging children for their hairstyles

Well that says so much more about them than it does the kid.

It is hair, the kid wants it, who cares

I think under 10 is the perfect age to try out different haircuts. Also mullets look awesome.

I don’t get young people’s fashion but if it makes them happy they should wear it. They probably don’t like my fashion choices either.

Fashions go in cycles, I think it's fine for kids to have fashionable haircuts if they or their parents want that.

I think they’re hideous and would far rather see a ‘tidy’ grade one all over 😂
However hair is hair and not something I’d be willing to go into battle over with my children - we’ve all had tragic hair styles in the past!

A friend of mine has just moved to Aus with her three boys and is trying to hold out against the mullets... But loads of their classmates have them and the boys want to look like their friends!

Apparently there is the added practical element in Australia of keeping the sun off the back of the neck. Not an excuse, IMO.
