Laundry.
It never fucking ends. It's just the sheer volume of it and the dread at putting it all away once dry.
The thing I'm most looking forward to about one day living on my own, is having only one lot of washing to do.
What about you?

I can’t believe people spend their lives dusting 😂 I haven’t dusted anything since my parents had me doing it when I was 11. Ok, maybe the legs/lid of my piano once every six months?

Mowing the lawn. I hate it, especially during the grass pollen season 🙄

The internet.

Can't live with it, can't live without it due to work and life admin. Sick of the anxiety it causes and the way it's ruined society.

I was going to say the same; it's made democracy deteriorate, made people more intolerant, almost destroyed reasonable debate and increased mysogyny.

Having to work for a living 😞

Heyhoitsme · 05/08/2024 19:03

Mice. I haven't had a mouse in the house for years but the phobia is bad. I check rooms when I enter. It started when we lived in a flat abroad which had mice that came out after dark.

Definitely having to cook dinner every day.
I spend my feckin days trying to think of what to cook. It's a bloody pain.

My children's and husbands chronic health conditions.
Not having to worry so much about one of them suddenly ending up in hospital would be bliss 🙂

moonshinepoursthroughmywindow · 05/08/2024 18:36

One of my customers who really takes the piss.

(I mean by being a CF, not literally taking the piss as in making fun of me)

Winter. It rains for 8 months here and it's only a few months away. Again.
