Would you date a guy who thinks it's great that a 19yr old he met on a plane 15 years ago gave him a blowjob in the airplane seat?

He was 40 when this happened. They ended up dating for 3 months.

He's 54 now. He thinks it's something to be proud of.

I've got an 18 yr old daughter. I'm feeling rather repulsed.

I've been on several dates with him. Getting on well. Now this has come out and I'm wanting to kick him off the sofa in my home that he's currently sitting on next to me.

@Curiousto the fact he is still telling the story is gross esp. to a new partner, has nothing else amazing happened to him in the interim???. Maybe telling your bloke friends after a few drinks but still gross even then... what type of bloke would accept a blow job from a 19 year on am airplane, regardless of whether or not they dated. If your not too far in get rid, tell him it's you not him lols (clearly him!!!). He prob will be really sleazy and weird around your daughters friends I reckon. nut I don't think that then it was an issue. It just wasn't seen like it is now.

she was old enough to know her own mind &3+ years of being 'legal'. 19 year olds were much more mature than they are now.

my issue with it, that he's 'bragging' about it now & discussing it with you so early on. I'd find that a complete turn off.

I've talked about things in the past or asked questions which then I've been like... actually I wasn't expecting that - and its been a turn off.

I'm 55, at 19 a 40 year old wasn't out of the acceptable range. Definitely not.

It definitely does happen 😅 but it’s weird to tell you about it and the fixation on the age makes it creepy. Was it as part of a conversation about sex? Or was it a random disclosure during Corrie?!

flight didn't seem to be as full then, it wasn't unusual to book 2 seats in the best of three & find no one had booked the 3rd seat. Quite a few flights I ended up with the 3/4 seats to myself.

He's made up a lovely story for you, to try and make you think he's had an "interesting past". How on earth could anyone get into position to do that in any case - unless they were flying first class. No one else saw them, and made any kind of fuss about it?

I'd not go further with him for making up that kind of fantasy and expecting you to believe it!

It's also really creepy that he specifically told you her age. Even if his story is true, he could have left that detail out. The fact he felt comfortable sharing it with you is an even bigger red flag. He might be testing the water to see your reaction. Or he has zero awareness and doesn't realise how creepy he sounds/is.

Any man boasting about a blow job with a 19 year old in any circumstances when he was twice her age would make my fanny clam shut. Get rid. Especially if you have a daughter around that age.
