Trying so hard with my twitching

See my other threads. I'm at a loss

I'm trying so hard to sort out why I'm twitching. I'm taking Kalm tablets now and I'm trying hard with breathing techniques

Yet I still continue to twitch all over my body. Every few mins there is a twitch and it can be anywhere.

I'm bow trying to fall asleep but I keep getting woken up by a massive twitch that feels like it's coming from my head. I'm terrified it's a seizure that I can't go back to sleep.

I am so very anxious though about these twitxhes. It's a vicious cycle. If they are anxiety related how do I break the cycle and why are they coming from my head and waking me up with such a jolt..

Please be gentle with me with your advice as I'm so scared I've got MS or a brain tumour or MND I'm sat here trembling with fear and the trembling is fear , the twitches are muscle.

Muscle twitxhes all over my body, all the time when I'm awake.

Tonight as I'm trying to fall asleep, being woken up by a jerl coming from my head.

I'm.not denying though that it's enterly possible I'm holding shit loads of tension in my head, even as I'm alseep.

I'm.v anxious about this. I'm googling all day every day what these twitxhes are, what MS is, what MND is.

I've had it before where i feel like in my sleep I'm falling and I jump, but this is litterally coming from my head, a spasm and it's.making me jerk quick and wake up

Just when you’re falling asleep or all the time?

It’s almost certainly not the worst case scenario. But nobody here can give you medical advice I’m afraid. You need to go back to your gp and ask for further tests.

Is it muscle twitches? I have had those for around 2/3 years. Had tests etc but nothing came up. Look up Benign fasciculation syndrome. Also, are you under any stress? do you drink a lot of caffeine? sometimes these can be triggers but if its new it won't be of any harm to get checked over

All my bloods came back normal. So it wasn't show deficient in anything.

I'm taking supplements anyhow just incase, magnesium etc.
