.... to ask what you are having for lunch

I will probably make some mackerel pate and have it on a baguette with salad and walnuts. Then a coffee and some chocolate

Hummus topped with olive oil and 'everything' seasoning, with flatbreads to scoop it all up.

I'm ill at the moment but today is the first day I wanted to eat something more than soup.

Our local Brysons bakery does gorgeous hot cheese and onion slices and sausages so I'll have 1 of each with a takeaway hot chocolate and have them here at work.

It's 11:02am so I only have another hour to go .... !

Smoked burrata, prosciutto, focaccia, tomatoes and some spicy sausage…and realistically some gelato too 😂 It’s the last day of holiday in Italy 💔 so making the most of it!

I’m on training at work, it’s a new program combining several agencies so we’re training at a fancy pants hotel and have lunch in the restaurant every day. I’m on week three of four week training and never felt so spoilt 😂

Hot smoked mackerel salad with pasta. The salad is sundried tomatoes, chargrilled veg, advocado, lettuce, tomatoes and spring onions with a mediterranean dressing.

deeply uninspired looking in the fridge so I've made a salad of leaves, olives, left over chicken and avocado with a couple of small pitta bread. It's sitting on my desk at work and I'm still uninspired by it...
