Wearing a skimpy bikini around teenage son

I've expressed no opinion at all on who should 'stay'. However, the male posters opinion on how good he thinks thongs look is irrelevant to the OPs question. The other person's opinion that they themselves looked great in a thong at a beach party is also irrelevant to the OPs question. The people being gratuitously ageist and spiteful about other women's appearance are offensive. The people calling women who don't like thongs prudish pearl clutches are also offensive. Think that covers it. Apologies if I've missed anyone out.

I'd bet the odds are excellent that your son would not want to see your arse crack being flossed by a bit of fabric. He'd probably rather scoop his eyeballs out.

I'd be surprised if haemorrhoids will be hanging down past one's arse cheeks. If they're hanging down that much, a brief shaped swim suit wouldn't be of much assistance.

Thongs can absolutely amazing on some women. You sound like you're projecting your own body issues now as you have such an issue with underwear and swim wear.

So all the women saying that nobody wants to see a woman in a thong and that no woman over 40 has a decent body and that no one should wear a thong can stay but the man who says you wear that thong if you want to, they look great can’t join the conversation?

She asked if as a mum we thought it would embarass her son. So unless the men are here to tell us whether or not they were embarrassed by their own mothers thong bikini as a boy, I'm not sure what opinion they have to offer that's of any value. Nobody should be wearing thong bikinis imo. When I was in holiday a couple of months ago, the only person I saw wearing one was a girl in her 20s, and I thought that was grim enough - having inadvertently get an eyeful of her arse every time she walked past!

Why not go to a nudist resort if you're eager to get your bits out? At least there people sit on towels.

That does not mean they’d be comfortable with you letting it all hang out , or your DH being naked, around other people on the beach.
