Wearing a skimpy bikini around teenage son

I'm late 40's and have recently lost alot of weight. I have treated myself to some new bikinis for an upcoming beach holiday and some are thong styles. I did originally buy the thong ones for when me and DH go away later in the year alone. But every holiday I go on abroad there is so many people younger and older than me showing all their bums! When I was a teen it was rare, but not anymore. Just not sure I'm brave enough or if it would be a massive no with adult/teen children! Wwyd?

Because thongs are designed to sit halfway up your arse and show off your bum, and that is the primary reason most people wear them.

Lol of course I'm not naive. And yes, I know what a milf is but it generally not referring to an average woman minding her own business on holiday with her family. And even if it is, so what? Won't other men be looking at her too? Or should she cover herself neck to ankles in case anyone find hers attractive?

Oh have you asked the teenage boy or is that an assumption?

I very much doubt teenage boys are even looking at a woman their mums age let alone judging her choice of attire.

It's not embarrassing, another unnecessary shitty comment. You see all sorts of shapes and sizes on holiday wearing all types of swimwear . There is no age limit or weight limit I admire people that don't worry about what they look like.
I'd be the one covering up and worrying about my belly while someone with a belly twice as big be strolling around not caring , who looks more silly them or me ? Me! It's ridiculous but that's my insecurity.
OP should be able to wear what she likes, however I do agree preteen/ teen /adult children would likely hate mum wearing a thong bikini so yea save it for the hol with DH .

You even have PP below saying she was scarred at the mental image of someone she knows performing CPR on someone in a thong bikini, and she wasn't there!

This is all a far cry from the 'wear what you want, no one will take the blindness bit of notice' on the S&B thread. Which is why I made my point about pornhub. People obviously do think thongs look good on other people, as there's a HUGE market for them.

It's an arse. Everyone's got one.
My mum sunbathed topless on most holidays we went to. She still does now, with her surgically enhanced breasts (oooo, shoot her) and myself and my brothers are not 'disgusted.'
