Why does his Google history show he was at an industrial estate at night

Last night I was on Dh’s phone-not snooping…initially at least. I was turning lullaby music off that he and our dc had fallen asleep to.
It showed the travel history of where he’d been/been driving etc. I just thought it was quite interesting at first, don’t think I have it on my phone or if I do, no idea how to access it! I started looking and it was all pretty boring-travel to work, certain shops, cafes etc, a friends house. One entry from last Sunday shows him going out in the evening driving for 30 minutes, it says here no location/location not shown. Then from around 10.30-11.30 pm, it shows a location and when I looked at it, it’s an industrial estate. This is really strange isn’t it?! Making me so paranoid, what would you make of it?

I just meant it's quite strange that he might do that regularly and come home and you wouldn't ever ask him where he's been, even just to make polite conversation.
You just guess he's been for petrol or a drive or something, obviously he can go wherever he likes (within reason) but the zero communication from either of you is strange to me.

There’s a pool hall that’s open late on an industrial estate near me could it be something like that? Also my sister used to live near an industrial estate and you could hear dog fighting in one of the units as well! (We did call the police but we heard it a few times) Could it be a secret club like that (maybe that one’s a bit extreme) Sorry you’re going through this it must be awful wondering and not knowing. Is there anything close by that he would visit legitimately for an hour or is it far away from anywhere he normally goes to? Hope you’re ok OP x

So you do alternate nights for night feeds and on your nights he'll just go out in the middle of the night and you have no idea where he is. Or he'll go and sit for the night in his mates house? Sounds a very odd set up tbh. I'd just ask him where he went, his initial reaction will probably tell you everything

Lorry drivers who park up overnight and sleep in their cabs often park on industrial estates which is why they are often a common place for sex workers to operate. There is a woman on a light industrial estate not far from me who has a horse box converted into a mobile brothel.

However I also see men racing their cars, practicing that dreadful ‘popping’ with their engines, meeting up on mini rallies to look at each other’s cars, illegally race go karts, fly drones etc. Also rumours of dog fights.

I would do a lot of googling and Facebook sleuthing putting in the name of the industrial estate and these activities. If it is a busy dogging site, for example, it is likely that there are residents complaining or reports of convictions.

Then I would just ask him, before you drive yourself mad.

Could he have been helping a friend with driving practice? Learner drivers are also v common in these places.

If it was your turn to sort bedtime he maybe treated himself to a quiet nap somewhere and didn’t let on. It’s a big leap for posters to suggest he was probably with a prostitute 😆

My sons location is so out sometimes. It looked like he spent an hour at a random house we have no connections to. He was in the park, I was with him. I wouldn't ruin a marriage over one dodgy location and no proof of anything

Yet his other locations were accurate. Mine are always scarily accurate and state which shop I've been to on the big shopping estate. It's very unnerving!

I haven’t looked at mine in a while, it may have improved tbf. Based on how off I’ve known it to be though, I just wouldn’t jump immediately to conclusions - he may have been doing something dodgy, but it’s also possible it’s a location error.

My Google timeline says I visited Barton Stacey and Winchester last month. I’ve never been to either (or even heard of the former!)

If it were my DH I would assume he went for a food van then had a nap - he can & will sleep anywhere.

I think not being able to ask him is more worrying than him going somewhere odd tbh - it wouldn't occur to me not to ask mine.

It’s very strange there’s only one entry there though if it was something regular and dodgy? I may drive there at night but am quite scared to, tbh
There are cafes and petrol stations around but why stay an hour it’s odd

Should I keep trying to check his history without him seeing, if I ask he’d obviously turn it off

Don't you have any communication with him when he returns from his nipping out trips ?
Seems odd he often just goes out at night and you never ask where he's been.
I'd be thinking he's taken a prostitute there.

I was sat in a cafe with my daughter today and we checked life360 to see how far away my husband was. It showed my daughter who was sat right next to me, driving away in another direction. It often does this as her phone signal seems to be really unreliable. Afterwards it says she's done a trip and for how long! I know it's reaching but it isn't completely impossible that he wasn't actually anywhere!

Are there any other weird journeys late at night or any others to that place specifically? You're going to have to ask him and read his reaction. You'll know if he's hiding something when you ask.

Our nearby industrial estate has a kebab van open at night. Could it be something like that?
