To say that noone under 50 likes liquorice?

Liquorice is the food of the devil and it's slowly dying out as people come to their senses with regards to this disgusting black substance, which has clearly been pulled straight from Satan's bumhole

YABU - I am a weirdo who likes liquorice
YANBU - I am a normal person who agrees that whoever invented this stuff belongs in prison

In my 30s.
Liquorice was fine back in the days when people would share out a single tangerine between 20, these days we have sugar and choices, we don't need to do thus to ourselves.
Time stand up and be counted...Time to say NO to liquorice!!!!

Have you ever cone across a " Pontefract Cake"?
Disgusting!

Pontefract cakes are irresistible. Panda soft liquorice is even better and my local Holland and Barrett store is my supplier.

I feel no shame .

Over 50. Always loved it.
DD's and DH won't touch it or anything similar - Pernod, Ricard, raw fennel.
I put star anise in dishes though

YABU, I'm over 50 and despise it. That and aniseed, evil stuff. My mum adores both, so would probably deny me.

Just pass me some strawberry boot laces and I'll say no more... 😏

I am 46, I adore licorice, in fact as a treat my DH order my black licorice syrup from Finland for me.
It could be my Finn side coming through.

Love licorice and am under 50.
We buy the Lakrids as our Christmas treat in the same way my parents had a tub of Roses, but for the rest of the year I'm equally as happy with licorice comfits.

I’m over 60 but am a lifelong Liquorice fan. I love it. Reading this I could just murder some . Not keen on the salty version but will eat it, but the sweet one has always been a favourite treat

Oooh I really want to try the Lakrids , I don't each chocolate really so if I do it has to count for something .

I like the soft eating liquorice ( used to be Daryl Lea but it changed ) from Lakeland or Costco .

It is a bit of a laxitive though !

DD hates it , DS wouldn't entertain it (under 50 )

I love liquorice, and I'm no a weirdo (though am over 50) but I also know people under 50 who also like it.
