I'd see no problem if the dig was stabbed to death while attacking someone or another dog. Self defense. However it seems like this dog was stabbed to death for the fun of it. I hope they are able to prosecut the person responsible.

This makes me very sad, and very angry. The vile evil monsters who abuse ANY animal, regardless of type or breed, are absolutely disgusting, worthless, and should be destroyed. There is NEVER any reason nor justification for deliberately inflicting suffering. It is despicable and unforgivable. Also, shame on the disgusting people who defend this scum!!

That one (the burned one) was reportedly killed by its own 'owner'. Piece of utter shit. The XL community are up in arms about protecting their breed and supposed victimisation by the government and society at large but the call is coming from inside the house.

There are still loads of these dogs being bred and marketed on social media. Utterly brainless.

Poor Juno was only 15 months old and had been failed by humans from start to finish. From the back yard breeder who cared more about money that selling to a reputable owner, to that owner selling her on to the scumbag who ultimately killed her inhumanely. Two shitty homes in her short life, and the last one was looking for her 3rd home. Whatever you think about dogs, or XL bullies in particular, this is a sad story 😢

I’m not keen on these dogs, but it’s really disturbing to read that someone would treat the poor animal like this. Savage as they may have been bred to be, they can never descend to the horrific levels of brutality of the so-called humans who can torture and kill them in this way.

This is terrible! Poor dog! I actually agree with them having restrictions on them but this is nothing to do with the change in law. It’s a filthy abusive monster getting his kicks out of abusing an animal, sadly it happens daily but doesn’t make the news.

I'm shedding no tears for what happened to that arsehole but I think it's telling that he previously killed animals and tormented a disabled man (allegedly) with no retribution.

Violence does indeed seem to be intertwined with every aspect of this breed.

This is nothing to to with the ban. This is animal cruelty and that is never ok no matter what breed it is.

This could have been prevented by Humza pulling his head out of his arse and implementing a ban as well.

The abusive arsehole would have found another animal to torture.

While I agree the restrictions should have been implemented in Scotland too they are not responsible for this, the blame of this sits entirely on the shoulders of the idiotic breeders, the irresponsible owners and the abuser. Trying to shift it elsewhere detracts from those peoples direct actions and their accountability.
