Fuck you, McDonald's

Those of you only interested in telling me I'm unreasonable for eating in McDonald's, can save your fingers. I'm not going to be back in a hurry, Christmas fucking music (Noddy Holder followed by Tom Jones) and worse, they've changed the barbecue sauce and now it's minging. I came in here for some emotional eating and I'm leaving enraged. Angry

It has to be a jalapeño sauce every time, surely?

We only get that smokey BBQ sauce and I'm not a fan. I feel like I have been cheated now. Our other choice is sweet and sour and that is also all sorts of wrong.

Our ice cream machine is finally working though. Which is a miracle seeing as it's summer weather. It only seems to operate well in winter when ice cream isn't in demand.

Yep.

They have different packaging.

The normal one looks the same as the others, in a little white square thing.
But the new smokey one is larger, and it's round and clear plastic.

Do not try the smokey bbq one, as @EllaMenopee says, its horrible.

I was actually going to start a thread about their syrup that goes with the breakfast pancakes. Does anyone know if you can buy a similar type in the supermarket? They don't call it "Maple Syrup" but I don't know if that's what it essentially is.
Thanks.

Also interested to know this, most of the time when I order pancakes for delivery they forget the syrup, which makes them basically pointless.

I hate Xmas songs. Most of them are like 100 years old repeat repeat. And on every music channel . Why can't they have just 1 Xmas music channel

I used to like mcdonalds. I'm not sure of my taste buds have changed or if it's just got shit. Either way it now tastes like card board

Yep, it was the smokey bullshit. I wasn't aware there was an option, I stupidly thought it was new packaging. Note, the actual tub doesn't mention that it's smokey, I only discovered when my doused chip was in my gob.

I assume the Maccy haters are too weak after their massive salads to type.

Last few times I’ve had a Maccys it’s not been great. Bar the new sour cream and chive dip, that is immense. Better than Dominoes one!

I agree, I suspect @EllaMenopee has been given the shitty smokey BBQ sauce, rather than the normal BBQ sauce.

I accidentally got the smokey bbq sauce, thinking it was the normal one. It is absolutely horrible.
Now I make sure I get the normal bbq sauce.
